Awesome sunsets! This was a great place to stay while I had some training at Loveland. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very hospitable host.

Couldn’t have been better - my family loved the theater area and the personalized note and provided snacks. Thanks for supplying us with a wonderful retreat and warm hospitality. Kitchen fully stocked with extras like spices, flour, sugar, tea coffee etc. you really thought of everything!

Rocky Mountain Retreat

In for granddaughters graduation in Longmont. Location not too far from Rocky Mountain National Park. Everything clean and well kept up. Theatre room added plus. Plenty of room.

Exactky what we were looking for

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for after spending our days hiking in RMNP to come back to the pool & hot tub to relax. It was very clean. The owners were incrediy responsive and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

I cant say enough about how pleased we were with the property. The owners are very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. If we ever get back to CO I will for sure be staying here again.

This is a great place to stay if you don’t want to be in the city and wish to be within about an hour of an abundance of activities. The town is nice, and the property feels spacious for four people.

Gateway to Mountains

Bob and Carolyn were fantastic host. The pride they take in their home is obvious. Everything we needed was there. After a long day of sight seeing and visiting with family coming back and sitting on the pool deck enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains and God’s painted skyline was so relaxing. Will stay again when we come back.

Perfect property

This property is clean, spacious and just as described. We appreciated the little extras like snacks, water in the fridge, kit for smores when using the fire pit. Sadly we didnt get time to use it! I loved how it was nice and cool. Owners were very nice and hospitable. Perfect property and beautiful.

Super amenities

Nicely appointed furnishings, well equipped kitchen including snack and light breakfast fixings which was very helpful. The theatre area was an unexpected surprise. Only downside perhaps was one small bath. Lighted pathway to the front door was a necessary ingredient.

Relaxing and Peaceful

We wanted a quiet place to recharge after several weeks on the road. The house was perfect with a lovely patio to sit out and enjoy the evening sun. The home theatre was a fun treat. As newbie VRBOers our hosts were super responsive and answered all my questions quickly. Definitely recommend this location.

Book this place! You won’t regret it

The minute we open the gate we are greeted by a babbling brook that leads down to a private Koi pond. We were already impressed at that point. When entering, the living room and kitchen area was huge! So much space, and nicely furnished. The kitchen was nice, and they even left snack items and plenty of coffee and creamer for our stay. For entertainment, there was a home theater with stadium seating. Very nice! The bedrooms were very nice also I definitely appreciated the automatic lighting. That guides you to the bathroom at night. Overall, our stay here was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t ask for anything better.

Beautiful

Property is clean and spacious. Pictures don’t do it justice. There’s a theater room, pool and hot tub. Most views are beautiful out the hot tub. We would go back. Host and hostess were very easy to work with. Walls are thin. Worried some that our movie was too loud. Host and hostess live upstairs.

Property was beautiful with such a spectacular view of the mountains especially at first light of the day! Everything was thought of. Truly felt like home away from home for three adults and three kids. Will being staying again soon!
