Welcome to Sandy Feet!

Location! Location! Location! 150 steps to the beach! Your feet will definitely get sandy! It is a short walk via the private beach access path, past 3 houses to the sugary white beach and beautiful blue water. Enjoy the sunset, or an early morning coffee walk along the beach.

We can sleep 14, but prefer 8 adults and 6 children since we have 2 King rooms + 2 Queen rooms + 3 Bunk beds (sleeps 6 children).

** Including DisneyPlus via Roku! (Enjoy great movies like Star Wars, Moana, Home Alone, National Geographic, Toy Story, Cars, Frozen, Mufasa, and many more!)

If you are in your 20’s and looking to party, this not the house for you. We are best suited for families.

The space
Located in the lovely Gulfside Cottages, our streets are lined with white-picket-fences. Our home is located at the end of the cul-de-sac (closest to the beach) and ideal for families! Next to our home is the private pathway from the front door to the sugary sand of the Emerald Coast! We make it easy to go back-and-forth to the beach just steps away. In the other direction we are a short walk (less than 2 minutes) to community pool. (The community pool is heated from March 1 to Easter every year.)

Conveniently located near a grocery store, Chick-fil-a, Starbucks, Whataburger & the Silver Sands Outlet Mall! There is a Bass Pro Shop in one direction, and a Pottery Barn in the other direction. This is the best shopping around!

Lots of fun beach toys now fill our carport, including boogie boards, shovels, buckets, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Cook burgers on the outdoor grill with Adirondack chairs to recline in. Additionally, we have an outdoor shower at the back of the house to wash off the sand & sunscreen after a day at the beach.

The kitchen has granite countertops and stone backsplash. The kitchen is well stocked with pot/pans and everything you need to cook up a great dinner. We have a regular drip coffee maker & a Keurig.

House is 3 levels. The first level has 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms. The second level is the living room, kitchen, laundry room, wrap around porch, and 1 Queen Bedroom plus a full bathroom. Top level is a kid’s area with 3 Bunk Beds (sleeps 6) and a TV. We also include 2 Pack-n-Plays for babies.

We have ample parking and can easily fit 3-4 cars. No boats, RV’s or trailers please.

Other things to note
NOTE: There are stairs to enter the home, and stairs to the second and third levels. Additionally, there is a loft on the 3rd level with a balcony, as well as an outside balcony on the 1st and 2nd levels. All stairs have rails to hold onto, and the balcony has a 4-foot wall.

We no longer accept guests under the age of 25 due to damages they have caused.

Security Deposit Required acknowledgement - If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $800.

By renting this property, you agree to waiver any injuries. The owner is not responsible for injuries.

The number of guests is limited to 14 as per the maximum of the square footage allowed by Walton County & the State of Florida regulations.

Florida’s beach warning flag program provides flags of 4 colors displayed at the beach. Please be sure to follow the flag warnings.

Walton County Wildlife Protection Zones has restrictions using lighting during sea turtle nesting seasons (May 1 - Oct 31).
