This beautiful new Listing at 110 Montigo Ave in the heart of Seagrove beach.... is available for the season and ready to welcome your family. Enjoy easy access to some of 30A`s best amenities.. Step just across the road and you`ll find a hidden spot... deeded beach access just for Montigo guest to enjoy! Another access just a few yards away offers showers, ramp access and parking for convenience. A few days at this little cottage and you`ll be ready to rebook this one year after year.

Cancel Policy allows for cancellations outside of 30 days to receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee



Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so more travelers can come and enjoy all 30A has to offer. Unfortunately, a side effect of this growth is construction and all the things that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their vacation. As construction is outside of our control, we are not able to offer discounts or compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest`s stay. We had a great trip with our kids and their friends . The bedroom for 4 teen girls was perfect with a king and bunk beds. The golf cart came in handy for trips around town. The beach access was nice and not as crowded as other places along the beach. The bikes came in handy for the kids. It was nice to have beach chairs. The house was very clean as well.

An amazing house with an amazing location

This was an amazing place for my family and I to stay at for a week. Very clean and cozy home with an awesome private pool. Great location as we we within a short walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome beach house and great location!

Awesome Vacation Home

Great home with everything you need for an awesome beach vacation. Great location, close to the beach with all the beach neccessities included. The pool is wonderful and the home was very cozy and inviting and management was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach cottage, close to beach!

We loved our stay at SeaGroove! It’s a close 5 minute walk to the beach, private backyard, and such a cute cottage! There is a beach wagon, beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrellas, and floats in the shed, which was so nice for our family! We had a wonderful stay!

Nice property! We really enjoyed the past few days here! Having our own pool and the location, very quiet, with quick access to the beach, including the beach chairs , umbrellas and bicycles, made it all worth it!

Perfect Beach Vacation

This house was home for 4 nights with my family. We loved the location to everything including easy access to a perfect beach. The golf cart was fun to get around town, and bikes were a blast. We loved sitting outside on backyard porch listening to the frogs at night. The beds were super comfy and linens all fluffy and high end! Loved our stay!

We loved the beach cottage!! The pool was great, warm water and just big enough for my girls to play in. The house was spotless and even had some extra supplies left over from previous guests. Screened in back porch was nice in the evenings, used the gas grill on the deck to grill hamburgers. It was great having the beach wagon, but I don’t recommend actually taking it down to the beach unless you would like the workout of your life trying to haul the wagon back up the steep sand hill. Having the LSV (golf cart type vehicle) was amazing, we loved riding around town. It rained a little too much to ride bikes but it was nice to have them at the house just in case. Nice kitchen, the rooms were a great side. The bedding was superb, soft sheets and pillows. The beds were very comfortable.

Summer vacation

We loved this house! It was very clean, spacious, and the kids loved the pool. Everything was cozy, and the quality of the towels and linens were wonderful. Easy walk to the beach, and the provided wagon/chairs/umbrellas were a huge bonus to have available. Excellent communication with the host- we would absolutely return!
