Welcome to Midtown Retreat-Whether for work or leisure this peaceful getaway is located in the city of Hanahan, an up and coming working class neighborhood just minutes from Restaurants, Malls, the Coliseum, Airport, Tanger Outlets, Boeing, Weapons Station. Downtown is 15min away and 20min to the Beaches. This property has private parking, Laundry and outside entertainment area. It is fully equipped with what you'd need to prepare a meal or just relax and have a great time.

This place is a home divided in 3 units, each one have its own private entrance. Perfect for someone looking for a place well located and cozy for a short stay and on the budget.

We enjoyed the unit

The house is made up into 3 units each having its own entrance and parking. The unit was very clean and fit the pictures posted online. I’m not use to close living quarters but we adjusted. The unit was very quiet. We didn’t utilize the picnic table due to the extreme heat. We will recommend the unit to other's.

The house was just as expected; clean, well stocked, inviting, and easy to manage. We were in town and close to a grocery store and gas station. The owner reached out and responded in a timely manner to meet our needs! Love the experience, and would definitely go back.

Review of Cozy Retreat

The rental was very clean and well supplied however hooks on doors for hanging especially bath would be helpful..Also their is a rooster crowing each AM at 5 and neighborhood is questionable.

Cute and cozy

A great spot on thr outskirts of N. Charleston. Love the off street parking, quiet area and cozy apartment. Perfect for a family of four or friends that don't mind sharing a bathroom. The bed was a dream!!

Perfect location

The place was clean, well equipped, centrally located between the nuclear base and downtown Charleston. I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable

We had a nice stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was decorated up nicely. The only issue we had was parking. The back parking lot is not designed for bigger vehicles to get back there which we have a four door F150 Lariat. We managed but it was very difficult to get our truck back there. Nothing that would keep us from staying here again, I would just suggest a more compact vehicle.

Great stay!

Property was clean, stocked, and accurately represented in the listing. Communication with host was great. Maybe a little pricy for the area in my opinion. Other than that we had zero issues and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This little place was just perfect for our trip. Very clean and nice property. Very easy to get in and out of and not far from all the attractions downtown. We will definitely be booking for our next trip.

Charleston Weekend Getaway

Close to Everything

My wife and I loved this property. It was close to Charleston and all of the attractions around Charleston, it took us about 20 minutes to get downtown. The space was very clean and quiet which was perfect for our toddler at night. We highly recommend this stay, thank you!

Midtown Retreat is a brand new renovated property. Located in the city of Hanahan, an up and coming neighborhood, extremely centrally located. Just 5 minutes from Charleston International Airport, Major shopping mall, restaurants and more. Downtown and the beaches are just a few minutes away. The locations is very quiet, only two blocks from city hall, fire and police stations.
