Charleston Coastal Cottage

Relax in our spacious and peaceful Coastal Cottage. Centrally located, 20 minutes from beaches, downtown Charleston, 15 minutes to airport & 5 minutes from Daniel Island where there are walking trails, restaurants, grocery store, and much more! Guests have access to our dock for fishing, enjoying our epic sunsets, as well as beach chairs/umbrella/cooler. Other amenities include outdoor play kitchen, tree swings, board games, & more! In March 2025, a R/O system was installed on the well to resolve the water having sulfur smell. The water is now perfect! allow Up to 2 pets, each less than 50lbs.

Cottage vacation

The cottage is beautiful, clean, and more spacious than we expected. Location is great and the homeowners were very welcoming. Our family throughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing weekend getaway

Beautiful house. Great owners amazing communication . Invited us to join them for fireworks on the dock on the 4th. Quiet location not to far from everything but far enough to be a hidden quiet retreat. Definitely will be back.

Wonderful stay

The home was beautiful and comfortable. We were in town just for a weekend to attend a wedding. We were sad to have to leave - we wished we could've stayed longer than a weekend. We ended up leaving something and the host was so gracious about getting it back to us!Looking forward to returning!!

A charming hidden gem

The house is a cute mix of bungalow/craftsman/low country and is located off a quiet residential gravel road. We stayed there due to the proximity to Shipyard Park, as we were there for a baseball tournament. Located near a Publix and other shops, this house was absolutely perfect. Absolutely loved the lay out and the house was stocked with everything we needed.

Family Getaway

We loved our stay!!!!! We were in town for my mother’s birthday and we loved the cottage. The cottage was very clean and the area was easy to get to the beaches and downtown. The hosts were super sweet and easy to communicate with! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home away from home

This was such a beautiful home and perfect for my family of 5. It was more spacious than we thought and the cottage had everything we needed. The backyard space was perfect for my kids, and we enjoyed going down to the dock daily. The only negative was the smell of the water but that's expected given the location. The host and hostess were amazing! They made sure we had everything for an amazing week and went above and beyond what we imagined. No regrets on this one!

Nice Property Near The Water

This was a nice location on the north side of Charleston that was quiet in a forested area. The host was very responsive. In August, the mosquitos outside were very active so make sure to bring bug spray for outdoors.

Perfect get away!

My family stayed for the weekend (but I wish we could have stayed longer!). The home is a true retreat. Comfy beds, amazing grounds, awesome places to relax on the multiple porches. My daughter loved the swings in the yard. It’s tucked away and private but close to shops (Publix, pizza place and other conveniences). We went out to Charleston and toured the sites during the day and came back to this charming and comfortable home in the evenings. We will be back! This is one of the best places we’ve stayed. Hosts were very accommodating and communication was great.

Very clean!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, check in/out was a breeze, and communication with the host was perfect. The host kindly supplied bug spray which was fantastic! The only thing we didn't realize from the listing (although it's clearly stated) is that the 2nd bathroom only has a tub, no shower. I assumed it was a tub shower combo. That was slightly inconvenient for our crew, but again, totally our error as it is listed & I just didn't understand.

Beautiful cottage, very comfortable and very responsive hosts

We have family on Daniel Island and often visit. This lovely home is so convenient for that. We also had no trouble when getting into Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Sullivan Island or Isle of Palm. We had only adults this trip, but I could see bringing my grandkids since there's an adorable swing and big enough yard for them to play in. The house is also way off the main road and you feel as though you are in the country because it's so quiet and plenty of woods for walks. The hosts were so generous in letting us use their dock to see the river. There is a gate, so one less worry if you have children. The kitchen is large and well stocked for those occasions you don't go out to the zillions of restaurants, pubs, distilleries and breweries that are all within driving distance. I can't forget to mention the tubs! I love a tub and there are not one, but two claw foot tubs! The hosts are wonderful. They really know the area and responded to any questions. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect location, great house!

We were in town for a concert at Credit One and our son had golf. The house was close to everything, super cute and just what we were looking for.
