Our beautiful condo is Owner managed and located at Grand Panama Beach Resort, Tower 1-805.
It is directly in the center of the building with a large unobstructed balcony for comfort and stunning views. 🏝
The Master Bedroom is located on the beachside with a sliding door that leads out to the unit's private balcony with a sofa area. It has a King bed and flat screen tv with an attached master bathroom. Double sinks, and a walk-in shower.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home including a Keurig coffeemaker for your enjoyment.
Granite Counter Tops
Stainless steel appliances, a convection oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher.

2nd bedroom has a queen bed, smart flat screen tv and a bathroom with access from both the bedroom and hallway.
Bunk alcove in hallway, sleeps 2.
Sleeps 6 comfortably. We do supply a queen air mattress and bedding for 2 extra guests.

Living room has a smart flat screen tv.
High speed internet included in unit.
Washer and Dryer
Tile and Vinyl Plank flooring throughout.
The Grand Panama Resort does have security cameras by the pool, hot tub, elevators and walkways for your added safety and protection.
We do have an external camera outside our front door for your safety as well.

Grand Panama Beach Resort Amenities:
2 Pools, 1 gulf front and on tower 2 deck.
both pools are heated so you can enjoy them year-round.
Coco Loco's is located in Tower 2, providing drinks, snacks, ice cream, donuts and more for your enjoyment.
Both pool areas have hot tubs.
Kiddie pool is located on beach side.
Tiki Hut on gulf side for drinks and food.
Fitness Center
Grills located in both pool areas
General Store located across street in Tower 2 for your convenience.
Vending and ice machines throughout both towers
Parking garages and outside parking also available.
Our front desk is located in Tower 2.
Parking passes, 2 vehicles per unit allowed. Wristbands will also be given out to wear on the property. There is an additional registration fee charged of $50.00 this will include your first parking pass. A 2nd pass if needed will be an additional $30.00. You can pre-register online @ www.grandpanamacoa.com. Just click on "guest registration" located on the top left corner of the page.
Information needed: Name, phone, email, arrival and departure dates, vehicle(s) information (only 2 allowed), tower and unit#. Tower 1-805.
Your packet will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Beach chair rental and other beach amenities located right out front.

There are many attractions nearby to enjoy.
Miniature golf, go carts, Zoo World, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works to name a few.
Many great stores and restaurants in PCB. Along with Pier Park for your family's enjoyment.
Several golf courses are also in the area.

Very nice ocean front property. Looks as though it has bee renovated recently. Large balcony with access from the living area or master bedroom. The kitchen has everything you would want for cooking. And the property owners were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Overlooks the pool, with the gulf just beyond. Convenient to nearly everything.

Family vacation

Such a wonderful condo! The location was amazing. It was very centrally located and quick to get everywhere on the island. The condo was very clean, large, and very well stocked with anything we needed. The hosts were fantastic as well! We lock forward to staying there again!

Excellent family-friendly beachfront condo with responsive owner

We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend. Plenty of space for my husband and I, our son and his friend. Our son loved the bunk space because there was some privacy with the curtains separating from the hall. Large balcony with plenty of comfortable seating. We loved that it was steps from the elevator and in the middle of the condominium complex so you had center-view of the ocean and pool. It's on the 8th floor, quick elevator ride from the 5th floor crosswalk from parking garage. Owner was very responsive and very kind. There was a slight delay in check in time due to cleaning but the owner was very sweet and offered to Venmo $ to enjoy a cocktail while we waited. A very kind gesture though we declined because it wasn't a very long wait. She texted immediately when room was ready. It's a plus being able to communicate directly with the owner vs. a property management company.

Family Beach Vacation

This was the first time my brother and sister-in-law came with me to bring my nieces and nephew on a beach vacation and they had such a great time making memories!! We all loved the condo!! The condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable, with everything we needed to feel at home. I personally loved seeing the county pier from our balcony view and it was just a short walk to visit in person!! We enjoyed our time on the beach and at the pool!!!

Wonderful Condo

We have come to Panama City almost every single year for the past 12 years (minus Covid and Hurricane years), this was the absolute best condo and experience overall. Paula and Dennis were an absolute pleasure to work with, super responsive and kind (even while I asked a million questions in a million different messages). The unit is very clean, very well supplied and beautifully decorated. The complex itself is in great shape as well. Overall, thank you for a great experience! I do want to mention two things that may seem tiny but were a HUGE plus for us that we don't see often. This may sound silly but having thick, blackout curtains covering the bunk bed space was AWESOME! My two teenagers that slept in the bunk beds loved it because it allowed them to not be constantly bombarded by lights in the bathroom and kitchen and it also allowed them to not have to worry about people seeing their suitcases. Thank you for those! And, this may be even sillier, but thank you for the makeup mirror in the master bathroom. It was a small but helpful addition for those of us with eyesight that isn't quite up to par :) I would highly recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our week stay in the condo. Beautiful views! Communication with Paula was wonderful. Any questions/concerns were answered almost immediately! Great location, the beach was never too busy and just a very short drive to many great restaurants!

Wonderful!!

This condo is wonderful! The location is either within walking distance or a close drive to shopping, entertainment, and any dining you could want. The pool area, tiki bar, and the beach are easily accessible. The room is right across from the elevator and the trash chute is right across the hall from the room next door. Sunrise view from the balcony is good, but the sunsets are breathtaking! The pier is also very close. The owners respond in a very timely fashion and provide any information that is requested. If needed, they will find out info and return it to you after they make outside inquiries. Their communication is impeccable! I can not say enough about the kindness of the owners or how wonderful the condo and location is! The ONLY thing I could possible recommend is.....just Stay at Least One More Day than you think you want to! Phenomenal experience! Perfect for our needs

This property worked out perfect for our baseball tourney family. Our schedule had a last second change which required us to need to check in a little early. The host allowed the early check in without hesitation which helped us to coordinate tourney activities and grocery shopping for the week. The condo lived up to our expectations and the location was perfect.

Hi, we are Dennis and Paula Hetman and we currently reside in Michigan.
We have made Panama City Beach and the Grand Panama Resort our winter home. We rented here for a few years and loved it enough to purchase our own unit in 2016.
We have previously rented with an agency and decided that we would like to give our guests a better experience when they book with us and so we are now managing our property ourselves.
We continually update our unit so our guests have a great experience when they choose to stay here.
We love to hear from our guests about their amazing stays and love to have them return again!

We chose Panama City Beach because of the beautiful beaches and all the attractions that the city has to offer.

Our property is located directly in the center of the building and has beautiful unobstructed views of the gulf. It is a well-maintained unit that is always clean and updated.
We know have a great coffee shop/restaurant located on our property along with our Tiki Bar that is beachside.
Both pools are heated.
