While we do not make these rules, we do enforce them, so we appreciate your adherence, which will allow others to continue to this special home!

This tax will be collected separate from your Airbnb booking/payment. **Effective July 1, 2021, the Greater Palm Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau established a Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) which includes short-term vacation rentals. This imposes a 1% assessment on all short-term vacation rentals less than 28 days. This 1% assessment will be collected along with the TOT for a total of 12.5%.
