Experience bright, modern living in this spacious home, designed with an open floor plan that’s perfect for gathering and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, while the cozy living room invites you to kick back and relax in style.

Guest access:
Guests have full access to the entire property, including all outdoor amenities, except the garage. Parking is available on-site.

Other things to note:

This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

As an alternative, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurance provider:

Up to 10 nights: $59
11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

We make this process easy using Happy Guest, a secure, app-free platform. No account signup is needed, and it gives you a guest portal with all home info and my favorite local spots.

There are 5 security cameras in the property:1 Ring doorbell camera, 1 located in west side gate, 1 located in east side gate, 1 pointing at the driveway, 1 on back yard gate entrance. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes.

Please note that no outdoor music is allowed after 7 pm. No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed outside.

Spa & Pool Heating Policy

• Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle.

• Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:

- $150/day to heat up to 88°F

You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool.

Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to our approval. Early check-in is $30 per hour, and late check-out is $33 per hour.

Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox.

Also note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

For safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in.

Assumption of Risk:
By accepting this rental through VRBO, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
