The "key" access is an app called August. Once you book, you will receive instructions on how to set it up & you'll receive an invitation to the Airbnb address. Once you download the app & set up an account, you will see the invitation there for this address. Then, once you arrive at the front door and open the app, you'll see a red circle indicating the door is locked. Tap the red circle and it will turn green and unlock the door. It's pretty slick. If you feel you may have trouble with this, please let us know and we can leave a physical key for you instead.

The townhouse is 3 levels. You will enter the garage or front door on main level (there is also a game room which you'll access through a door at the back of the garage. There is a flight of stairs up to the first floor where you'll find the kitchen/living room/one bathroom/laundry room. Then another flight of stairs leads to the 3 bedrooms and other 2 bathrooms.

There is a Pack-n-Play available. If you need it, please request it before your stay so we can have it set up for you. If you have any other requests, please let us know ahead of time so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
Also, of note, the dumpster is located at the bottom of the property to the right of the Dog Park. This is where we ask that you dispose of all trash. 24-hour Fitness Center on the property, key fob is provided in the townhouse
