condo was great, decorated really cute, and had everything we needed for kitchen use. beds were very comfortable.there were extra chairs for the beach, or back patio area. back patio area needed some clean up. boards from the retaining wall were leaning up against it could have been dangerous to a small child or pet.(my husband took care of them) over growth coming over wall could have been trimmed up to look nice. we had a great stay and would stay again.

Beautiful townhouse on a great location

The property was very clean and it was the perfect spot for our family beach vacation. We enjoyed the pool and amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Florida Getaway

The ratings on this property were very good so we decided to reserve for our Family Getaway in Florida Check in was easy, property was as described with the exception that neither of the sofa sleepers did not have a mattress or a comfortable mattress. I immediately messaged the property of my concerns and the following day Southern Vacation Rentals brought in a couple air mattresses. Aside from the small inconvenience they definitely made up for it. This unit was very clean and I really enjoyed the patio area. Outdoor grill and patio furniture perfect for a family get together. Master Bedroom has a jetted tub. Nice. Upstairs bedroom was very nice with much room. Loft offered games, tv, a bunk bed, sleeper sofa that accommodated the small kids as well. Definitely enjoyed our stay and when back in town would consider renting again.

Banana Bay Townhome

Unit was not clean when we arrived and the sofa beds were damaged and dirty. We contacted Southern Vacation Rentals and they did send out housekeeping and maintenance to address some of the issues we had but there were things we had to clean ourselves, like a large urine stain on the stairs and the sleeper sofa could not be repaired or replaced during our stay. We did check in on a Saturday, so many of the vendors (housekeeping, maintenance, and the upholstery cleaning company) were not sent out until Monday/Tuesday to fix the issues we had. We love Banana Bay and we have actually stayed at many other units there and they have always been clean and well maintained so we were shocked to find this home in the shape it was in.

Great family spring break trip

This was a great place to stay for our family with teenagers for spring break. Very clean and was very spacious. Very short drive to gulf beaches and restaurants.

Great community with Private Saltwater beach

This little community was wonderful. Private with Pool and water access off the main beach. Would absolutly stay there again.

All in all loved it! You have the bay, pool, hot tub, steam room and of course beach!

Pros: Loved the beach area at the bay, loved watching the boats go by. We weren't for sure if it was a place you could actually get in the water, our Granddaughter and other kids got in it and had a fun time. At the end of River Road there is a beach access, but a little farther down the road there is beach access for $2 parking that has much better access to the beach with a wooden walk most of the way. Beds were comfortable. Loved the little back yard, it was one of the better shaded in evenings. Garage to park in. There is a set of bunk beds behind the double doors upstairs. Cons: The check in instructions gave us codes to get in the pool area and workout area, which we couldn't get the code to work for the workout area, someone already there told us about the key fob, it was on the little table as you went in the rental, it made it so much easier to come and go to the pool area, it just wasn't mentioned in the check in instructions. The hot tub jets weren't working, we mentioned it to one of the residents and it was repaired the next day. No counter space in master BR, it's a large BR and should have better than a pedestal sink. There needs to be instructions on how to turn the tv off, we're older and had difficulty with that, we figured it out at end of stay 😂 On the VRBO listing it shows the house closer to the bay, but it's on the other end, it still was a close walk to the bay, plus almost directly across from the pool area, so it really was the ideal location.

Home away from home

The property was very clean and loved how it was decorated. Plenty of space and it was pet friendly so my dog could come. It also had everything we needed to cook. Great place to stay!

Pleasant surprise

The condo was much bigger than expected. Clean, nicely furnished. Great location. Only negative was one pullout sofa bed was broken. Luckily we didn’t need it.

Fantastic place

This property was my favorite beach trip ever. The exterior of the community was fun and well maintained. Great pool, easy walk to the bay and amazingly decorated townhouse!

Great stay

My travel was work related. I opted for a condo rather than a hotel. This condo afforded me all the conveniences of home. It was very clean, very welcoming. I’d stay here again.

Beautiful Home with Minor Issues

Overall we had a great stay! However there were a few issues. In the King bedroom we noticed that the mattress had 2 very large yellow stains, the seal on shower door caused water to leak out, the blinds leading to the outside patio would fall off without being touched, the closet catch plates kept the doors from closing properly, the door to the bathroom wouldn't lock so my step-dad fixed that, and the jacuzzi jets in the tub didn't work. The dryer vent was clogged and my dad had to unclog what he could reach. The wifi would go out every night and we would have to restart the router. I did reach out and a worker came out the next day and fixed the problem only for it to not work again. In the shared bathroom upstairs, we walked into a toilet without a tank lid. Our second day there a worker brought one, but it wasn't the correct size. Even though this is out of the owners control, the hot tub in the pool area was never hot. On our last night there it was a little better. Hoping they get it fixed! For as much money I paid I was hoping for everything to be perfect. It was a beautiful home, but I'm hoping this will allow for future tenants to have everything as it should be!

Quiet Beach Vacay

If you're looking for a view, this rental is not for you. However, this unit was nice, and it was clean. The resort is small and quiet, with private beach and nice pool. Fyi beds could certainly use an upgrade!

This was a really great place to stay. It was incredible. I did think it was closer to pensecola beach so the address is a little deceiving but that’s nothing because this place was incredible!

Best Rental company!

This was the easiest and most attentive rental company in which I have ever dealt. While staying here I reported a running toilet and a broken tv. The toilet was fixed within an hour of respirating. The TV was replaced with a new one the same day. Very polite and friendly!!

great condo- bad beds

The condo was absolutely adorable and was well-equipped. The location was perfect and there was plenty of room for everyone. Unfortunately, the beds (and sofa beds) were very uncomfortable. We ended up cutting our stay short by two days because no one in the group was able to get a good night's sleep. If the mattresses were replaced, we would definitely return.

Contact needed to be revised too make changes made by the rental group. They did not , big problems
