Blue Wave- Minutes to Rockport Beach, shopping, and fantastic restaurants!

Two minutes to Rockport Beach and Ski Bay, boutique shopping, and fantastic restaurants! Blue Wave is a new three bedroom, two bathroom home located in a golf cart friendly area! There is a ton of parking so bring the boat, kayaks, jet skis, and outdoor games.
Inside you will open concept living filled with natural light. The living room features two comfy sofas, a huge bean bag for the kiddos, and a massive 85 inch TV that is perfect to gather around for the big game or movie night. The fully stocked kitchen wraps around the large island and has stainless steel appliances. The dining table has seating for six and there are three barstools at the kitchen island.
The first bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, perfect for the kiddos. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom features a king sleep number bed, a 55 inch TV, and attached bathroom.
The big backyard has tons of space and is a great spot to watch the sun go down while enjoying a cool beverage.
Grill the days catch on the propane grill or the charcoal grill.

Great Location and Great House!

The house was perfect! Great updates and huge spaces for the family. Bedrooms were a great size and we loved the bathrooms. It is in a tremendous location for downtown and the beach. We will be back and cannot wait!

Relaxing Home Away From Home

Beautifully renovated home with all amenities. Spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable. Minutes from the beach to fish and relax. Rocking chairs on both the front and back porch made it perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings.

Spring break fishing trip

We were in town for a fishing trip. This was the perfect location, close enough to walk to town and beach area. The house was immaculate and the perfect size for our family of 5.

This has to be one of the vacation homes we have booked. This was about 6-7 minutes from the Rockport beach area. 5/5 overall, would recommend!

We really enjoyed this property. Plenty of adequate parking, which made loading vehicles to go to the beach super easy. Very clean and would love to stay here again!Check in details came in around lunch time on day of visit. I was a little panicked (for no reason) and called the office. The property manager was very polite and explained the process.

Blue wave house

Great house with great access to Rockport beach and downtown shopping. Very clean and kids enjoyed the very large TV. Washer and dryer worked well. Loved the whole layout of the house.

Six minutes to the beach park, just a few blocks from the downtown shops, a few mins from the best donut shop in town. The kids loved it so much they asked if we could stay here every year when we visit. Great value, and the Rockport Escapes folks were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

One story was perfect for my elderly parents and disabled sister. The front and back yard was perfect for socializing and enjoying the evening breeze. The home was clean and easy check in. Very close to the beach and HEB. The living room and kitchen were a perfect family gathering for breakfast and watching a movie.
