Rockport is the perfect beach town and there is plenty to do while staying on this canal front home! Enjoy your favorite beverage at one of the many outdoor seating areas this home has to offer, swim in the beautiful private pool, relax in the hot tub, or fish off the back deck! Bring your boat as there is plenty of space to dock your boat! Come ready to relax and have fun!

4 bedroom/2 full bath. Downstairs bedroom has private entrance not connected to main house.

Pool and beach toys provided! Large game room with shuffle board. There is a ping pong table, board games, blow up paddle board, and fishing supplies! Propane grill for outdoor cooking. Fish cleaning station equipped with lights, electricity, and water. This home has all you need here ready to enjoy!

It was a cold weekend, and the hot tub saved the day. The house was clean and well-stocked. Due to the weather, I left the boat at home, but there was ample parking.

Great vacation get away.

Overall great experience. Lots of things to do near by or if you just want relax it’s a good place to unwind. Caught one fish off the dock so maybe not the best place to fish but you can.

Wonderful weekend getaway

This home is so welcoming…exceptionally clean, roomy, well stocked, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. We wished we had booked longer, no one wanted to leave! We all agreed, next time we’ll spend a week.

Great Place!

This house was great for our summer vacation! It is convenient to shopping and dining. The pool kept the kids occupied while the adults sat in the shade of the porch. They provide many items to make the stay more enjoyable, and the host had great communication with us throughout the entire week.

Great house

We’ve stayed at a lot of houses on the canals and this by far was our favorite. Fully furnished, clean, roomy, and loved the pool and hot tub! We’ll be back!!
