This spacious two-story home is located in the desirable golf community of Champions Gate. This gated golf community is the ideal vacation resort with something for everyone. Included in your stay is access to the on-site Champions Gate Resort Orlando Oasis Club, which is just a short walk from the home. It has a 130,000-gallon heated pool with waterfalls, lazy river, water slides, swim-up bar, cabanas, tropical bar, spa, splash pad, grill, bar, volleyball courts, fitness center, theater, and games room. It truly provides a relaxing resort experience with all the comforts of a home. Whether you’re visiting to enjoy the on-site Oasis Club, the area golf courses, or the nearby Disney parks, our house is perfect for making memories.

The house itself is ideal for comfortably hosting gatherings of friends and families. The vacation rental features an open floor plan with a large dining and family room that overlooks the screened patio and private pool with optional heat. The well-equipped kitchen is bright and spacious with stainless steel appliances and a large granite countertop with bar stools. An outdoor gas grill allows for an afternoon cookout by the pool.

Two main suites with attached bathrooms are downstairs, with an additional six bedrooms and three full bathrooms upstairs. The upstairs loft has another seating area for gathering. Also upstairs is a home theater with a large screen projector and luxe recliner seating. There are 10 TVs in the home, including one in each bedroom. The foosball table will surely provide some friendly competition and entertainment as well. The house is equipped with high-speed internet for those that need to work remotely.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
