The well-appointed kitchen features ample counter space and everything needed to prepare your favorite meals.

Gather around the dining table with seating for six to enjoy meals, games, or conversation with family and friends. The comfortable living room offers plenty of seating and a wall-mounted 65” flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding with a movie after a day at the beach.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and is conveniently located near a full bathroom in the hallway.

Sliding glass doors from the living area lead to an expanded furnished patio, creating the perfect outdoor space for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or grilling on the private gas grill.

The condo is located east of downtown Brewster, right next to Nickerson State Park - a huge preserve with camping, trout fishing, and hiking/biking trails. A variety of deluxe amenities are available through the Ocean Edge Resort at an additional cost including swimming pools, bike rentals, tennis, and paddle boards.

Reservations include pool privileges available at an additional cost of $96 per week per adult and $48 per week per child. Fees are collected at Ocean Edge Resort. The Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
