Te encantará vacacionar en esta casa adosada 2BR / 2BA de estilo A bien mantenida ubicada en Howland Village en el hermoso Ocean Edge Resort. Disfrute de las hermosas actualizaciones de esta unidad con una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, hermosa decoración, aire acondicionado y wifi. El nivel principal también incluirá un dormitorio en el primer piso con cama queen, baño completo y sala de estar espaciosa con techo inclinado de catedral. Liderando la escalera de caracol hay otra habitación con cuatro camas individuales y baño completo. Las reservas incluyen privilegios de piscina disponibles a un costo adicional de $ 70 por semana por adulto y $ 30 por semana por niño. Las tarifas se cobran en Ocean Edge Resort. Tarifa administrativa de $ 125 más impuestos estatales y locales aplicables. Paquete de ropa para 6 disponible a pedido por un costo adicional de $ 210. 00.

Política de cancelación: Los pagos serán reembolsados menos una tarifa del 15% (del alquiler total) y la tarifa administrativa, solo si la propiedad se vuelve a alquilar por los mismos términos y condiciones del Acuerdo original. The owners showed up one night and attempted to walk right in. They tried to give us some lame excuse they didn’t know the property was rented. When I called gibsons they simply sided with the owner. The entire situation was inappropriate and as a result we were less then comfortable for the rest of our stay.

Unit was furnished well with TVs in all rooms. Lots of seating. Good location The dishwasher was broken and the sliding screen door didn’t work/broken. Had difficulty with communication with the real estate manager. Very difficult to get ahold of.

Property was a great location and was well kept. We had issues with WiFi. Property may need a better connection or modem. There were also a few power drops that we were able to reset on the electrical panel.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a convenient location in a very nice setting, but the unit needs updating! Ex. Peeling paint on windows, hard to open windows, slider needs repair because it slips off track.

Great Stay!

Overall, we had a great stay! We were a little bit confused initially because we didn’t realize the property didn’t include linens and towels. The location was great and check in was easy.

Comfortable and nicely decorated

We enjoyed our stay very much! The upstairs bedroom was perfect for my daughter and her family while the downstairs had plenty of room for our extended family to gather.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to say this place is quaint but did not equal to the cost. The space is outdated and was dirty. Simple amenities where not present, for instants there where ants and ant trapes all over the space, there was no trash bag, there was no dishing detergent/ cleaning supplies, the grill was a charcoal grill. Gas would have been nice or at least supply the charcoal. A couple of the stairs on the stair case where loose causing a few slips. Overall the place was not worth the money.

Property is in a convenient location. Looks newly renovated and provides most amenities. The air conditioning units were too noisy and the one on the second floor did not work properly.

The property was clean - that is all furniture, kitchen appliances and bathrooms. However the floors were so dirty upon our arrival, that the bottoms of our bare feet turned dark gray. There were no cleaning supplies provided, so we had to buy a mop and floor cleaner. That was honestly incredibly gross in the time of COVID. I notified the property mgmt company and the offered to refund for the cost of supplies, but then didn't follow up thereafter. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The bathrooms are very outdated and even though they had been cleaned they felt dirty just from age and wear. The sliders to the backyard need to be replaced. They are covered in a film that is very unappealing. We tried to clean them but to no avail. We had to bring EVERYTHING with us. There were not even dish towels in the kitchen. The upstairs loft was great for children but stairs are difficult to get up and down.

The unit came with no toilet paper, no paper towels, no linens, no towels, and no hand soap. It had all plastic mismatched dinnerware, and very few utensils. It wasn't very clean when we arrived, yet stated we needed to clean it well prior to departing. Also came with family photos which I found odd. I just felt the amenities should reflect the amount of money paid.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed the last week of July at this townhouse at the Ocean Edge Villages. The 4 twins and bathroom upstairs worked well for our children. Downstairs worked well for us. Minimal items provided/left-over from previous guests, so bring your own napkins/soap/paper towel etc. Plenty of mugs, dinner plates, silverware, etc. Floors were free of sand, but quite dirty, our feet were black and we did let oldCape Sotheby's know this. The upstairs AC did not work well when it was super hot, but was ok once it cooled down and oldCape and owner were working to address this issue. Washer was quite loud, so don't run before you go to sleep. Ocean Edge grounds are nice, great for running/biking and access to rail trail was about a mile from this unit. Get a town pass for beach parking ahead of time as you will need to drive to beach, beach parking limited. Older kids (above 8) should be able to bike to Ellis Landing beach nearby.
