Welcome to The Beach Hangar, a luxurious yet cozy three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home nestled in the picturesque Village of Tannin in Orange Beach, Alabama. Surrounded by palm trees, white picket fences and charming brick streets, this beautifully appointed home backs up to the scenic Gulf State Park and is just a short stroll from the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, quartz countertops and a large pantry. Whether you’re preparing snacks for the beach or cooking a full dinner, you’ll find everything you need—including a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, countertop ice maker, cookware and beautiful dishware.

The home offers flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests, with a spacious primary suite on the main level, two additional king bedrooms upstairs, and an open loft with nautical-themed twin beds. A queen-size sleeper sofa on the main level adds extra space for larger groups. All bedrooms are equipped with large flat-screen TVs.

Guests have access to an Olympic-sized community pool just one lot away, and deeded beach access is only 1/3 mile from the home. The spacious front porch and complimentary adult and youth bikes make it easy to soak up sunny Gulf days with ease and style.

Explore the nearby Back Country Trails just behind the neighborhood, perfect for walking, biking and nature watching. With its peaceful setting, thoughtful amenities and ideal location, The Beach Hangar is the perfect home base for your Orange Beach getaway.

Family Spring Break 2025

Beautiful, comfortable home in a fantastic location. Great neighborhood with easy access to beach and biking or walking in the Gulf Shores State Park. My grandkids want to move there! Will definitely go back.

Nice clean living quarters and perfect location

This place was clean and comfortable. The only change I would make is the internet was slow and no mirrors in the bedrooms.

Nice house but construction still happening next door

The home itself was nice but when we arrived we discovered that there was still construction happening on the home right next door. Scaffolding, boards, port a pot, dumpster and work beginning at 6:15 am. Called to complain as previous reviews indicated all construction was completed long before our stay. Had trouble for days getting rental company to respond and still not compensated for the issue. Feel deceived by the rental company about the conditions and their lack of response and willingness to do anything. Plenty of homes within Tannin Village and Orange beach to rent that don’t have a noise issue. Took pictures of all the above but no place here to post

Beautiful home that needed a * during this season

This review is hard for me to write. This home is beautiful, it’s well stocked and the beds are comfortable and it was very clean. The neighborhood is close to things including s beach access across the road (we rented a golf cart). BUT…the houses across the street and the one to the right are under major construction right now. The street is very narrow and not only were we blocked from getting in and out. There would have been NO way to have more than one car. The construction started at 7am and ended at 630pm. It was dusty and loud and people came onto our porch numerous times to measure and it felt very strange. I couldn’t let my kids play outdoors or sit on the porch and it was difficult to get to the pool right 2 doors down bc of the large moving equipment. I would rent this place again but not for the price paid if there was construction. It simply wasn’t safe for my family. I think that if they are going to continue to rent for this season it needs to be noted that this is a construction zone for the next 2-4 months as it deeply affects your ability to enjoy the property.

Easter weekend

We had a lovely weekend at this beautiful property. The neighborhood is quaint, quiet, and very clean. The house was immaculate and well-appointed with everything we needed for meal prep. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach Hangar - perfect location

We loved this house! Perfect size for our family of 4 and could definitely fit more people. It was beautifully decorated and just wonderful overall. Love that this subdivision is so close to everything but also so quiet! We will definitely be back.

Alabama beach vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 7. We loved the trails and used the bicycles to explore. The swimming pool being right next door is a huge plus. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. If you don’t mind being off the beach a little way this house is for you. We had a hard time figuring out how to access the beach from the house and ended up driving down to the public beaches and paying for parking each day. Not a huge deal though, ultimately we were more than pleased with our stay and would highly recommend.

Excellent property

The property is awesome for groups of 8 or less with kids. It is very well equipped with entertainment and even a beach umbrella and wagon with other beach toys as well. My family and I had a great time and would definitely go back to this property. My only small complaint is for the families with small children like my 2 year old daughter. While they do provide a pack and play for them to sleep in which is awesome, it is not equipped for anything other than a nap as it has the stock pad which is meant to play on and not sleep on. The childrens beds are upstairs right at the top of the stairs where they could easily climb out of bed and head for the stairs so that wasn’t really an option either as there was no gate. Again, I rate this place 5 stars and truly enjoyed the stay with my family. My minor complaint is just to inform other families with littles and not to deter them from staying at this great property

Beautiful house near the beach!

Beautiful new house in a new neighborhood! This house had the perfect number of beds for our group (3 kings & 2 twins). We enjoyed riding the provided bikes on the state park trails behind the house, going to the beach, swimming at the nearby community pool, & enjoying great meals prepared in this fantastic kitchen! We went to the private community beach twice but it was a long way to haul all of our stuff plus we like setting up our big shade tents near the water, so we enjoyed the Perido Key beach a bit better (approx a 15 min drive). We loved exploring the area & staying in this beautiful house.

great vacation spot!

The house is beautiful, clean, and exactly as shown! We had a lovely stay with our 3 young kids. The extra twin beds were helpful, but note that they are on a loft to the open stairwell—so there is some light and noise that comes up. But still good to have. The house is right next to the pool, which was awesome. We found a path to the beach and used the available wagon. Zero complaints, will be back!
