Great house, Great Memories

2nd year 9 of us have stayed here and we absolutely love it. Great house for a large group and location is fantastic. The hosts are fantastic and make it a very enjoyable stay!!!

Beach house

Great location, especially with kids. Loved how close we were to the playground, ball field, and beach. Host was very quick to respond with any communication.

Another Awesome Family Vacation

This was our 3rd year at this house. It is perfect for our large group. The beach is only a block away, the park is right behind the house and the fenced in yard is perfect for our dog to run around! The hosts are fantastic! The weather was perfect and we had another awesome time here!

Family Shore Vacation

This was a great place to stay- The location couldn't have been better- a block from the beach and near the Shark Park for our teen boys to play basketball. The house was clean with plenty of room for the 7 of us. We enjoyed the use of their beach tags, beach chairs and boogie boards! The yard was lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible Trip

Between the most accommodating host, to the ideal location and charming property, our family trip was absolutely perfect! The quick walk to the beach and open main floor living space allowed us to gather and enjoy our time together. The outside set up was ideal for dinner at dusk and late night chats in the outdoor living room area. Patrick was responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Cant wait to come back again. Thank you Patrick!

Family matters

3x a charm .. this was our 3rd year here. Great time with family...across the street from the beach .. playground right behind house. Nice yard for little ones and dog. Nice outside ambiance to hang out . Comfortable inside too.

Another wonderful week!!

This was our second time staying at this house and our family and friends had another fantastic vacation. The new refrigerator in the garage and the griddle were very nice additions! Patrick is a wonderful host and is always so responsive to all of our needs. We love the house and the location near the beach plus all of the amenities. We look forward to our next visit! Family vacation with dogs

Our 2 families (10 of us) with teens from 13-19, their grandmother and our dogs. Perfect for all of us. The outdoor space was the best part. We’ve been to many shore houses but the outside space was always limited in the other homes. Not only was this outdoor space great here, it was next door to a basketball court and playground. Loved the bikes, the beach equipment - skimboards, surfboard, boogie boards, chairs and beach buggy. The beach entrance right across the street was next to the lifeguard! Awesome location for all ages and pets. Shabby chic coastal vibe. Loved it. Perfect for your whole family.

Fantastic Family Week in Brigantine

What a Fantastic Home this was for our extended family of 10 made up of 3 seniors, 3 adults, and 4 children ages 11-13, as well as 1 dog! The home was very spacious, and extremely well supplied with lots of extras! The outdoor living space was simply beautiful with a lush, fenced in, yard, inviting conversational areas, and outdoor grilling and dining opportunities, as well as an outside shower to cut down on sandy floors and bathrooms. The living and dining areas inside were spacious and a fun area for family conversations and games. Bikes and outdoor game equipment were provided, and the kids could walk to Shark Park and the beach on their own. The seniors also loved the exceptionally easy walk to the beach. The five bedrooms all contained very comfortable beds, as well as the linens and towels! The kitchen contained all kinds of necessities for cooking for a crowd, but the additional commercial refrigerator in the garage was a vacationer's dream. We also took major advantage of the storage in the mud room and garage to contain our bikes, beach gear, and stuff. The host was outstanding in his gracious hospitality, and prompt and informed responses to our questions. He really wanted to make our stay there as pleasant as possible, and he couldn't have done any more! Our family has stayed in many places in Brigantine, but this definitely was the most spacious and comfortable for the needs of our extended family of 10!

Charming house in great location

This property contributed to the great week we had in Brigantine! Patrick was great to work with... he checked in during the week and responded to messages in a timely manner. I'll just list the pros and cons (not really cons, but more of a head's up)... HOUSE Pros: Vintage charm (love that the house is being preserved and not torn down); large living/dining room with plenty of seating; keyless entry; proximity to beach, shops, restaurants and Shark Park (literally in backyard); backyard space and seating; outdoor shower; grills; bikes; boogie/surf boards; beach chairs, beach cart, garage fridge; linens/towels; and beach tags. Cons: Downstairs bedroom is more makeshift... it has window AC unit and three doors (a pocket door to the kitchen, a door to the side porch and a door to the living room)... but it was still a comfortable space; and the majority of the bedroom/bathroom doors stick and are hard to open/close. BEACH Pros: Clean, flat, wide, uncrowded, beach mat through dune, beach games/ball throwing allowed in surf. Cons: The guarded "swim area" was the next street down (26th). Our kids were OK boogie boarding at 25th outside of the swim area as long as no one was fishing, which was allowed during the day.

This was our 3rd visit to Patrick's house. Perfect for 5 grandchildren ages 3-7. Playground right behind us .. beach right in front of us and a nice yard right in the middle !! Many ,many memories made . Thank you Patrick

Terrific Family Vacation

Just came back from a great week! House was perfect for our large family and dog! So close to the beach. Everything we needed for the beach- owner even came back on Monday to return repaired beach wagon. Pat was wonderful to deal with, so responsive and helpful. Back yard was perfect for our kids (all toddlers) to run around in. Very quiet neighborhood and right next to great playground. Everything we needed was right there and we had the best time. Thank you Pat!

Wonderful beach house with great amenities

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful historic home by the beach. The owner provided great amenities like plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. The backyard seating area is like an outdoor living room. Coming back again!

Fantastic location

First off, I want to say that the owner was very responsive and terrific to communicate with before and during our stay. The house had not been well cleaned before we arrived, with a lot of dog hair on the floor and on the covers of two of the beds. We contacted Patrick and the very next day (a Sunday) he, his wife, and two of the cleaners came by and by the time they left the house was sparkling. His efforts were very appreciated, as were his quick responses to questions we had. This house is in an ideal location, especially for vacationers like us that include elders, young adults, and toddlers/adolescents. It’s just about two blocks from the start of the beach, which is accessed down a sandy path from the road. It was walking distance to a few places to eat and get coffee/pastries which was fantastic because we didn’t need to use the car to go everywhere. For a little change of pace, it's super close to Atlantic City and Ocean City isn't too far. The house itself has a very nice back yard and came equipped with everything we needed to move in and live well for the week. We especially appreciated the large variety of beach accessories — from kites and sand toys to comfortable chairs and a large cart to carry it all in. The house is old with a lot of charm, but as is often the case with an older house it is missing some of conveniences like no outlets in the bathrooms, but since we’d decided to do the beach hair thing it really didn’t matter. All in all we had a wonderful week and if we return to Brigantine we’d seriously consider staying there again.

Hope to do it again

Location, location...pet friendly ...lots of amenities ....and more than adequate for a large family. Wanted for nothing....badges, chairs, umbrellas, bikes, grills and more. All were in great shape. New outdoor seating area was a real plus.. Just unpacked our bags and enjoyed the time.

Great Location - Wonderful Rental

We had a lovely stay at the beach! The walk to beach access is only a block. The dining and living rooms were a wonderful space for our family to gather together! Communication with Pat was great. The access to outdoor amenities were a great plus! Would stay again!

Beach House

Spent a wonderful week reuniting with family. Plenty to do for all ages. Owner was very easy to reach. Loved the backyard area and the use of the 4 bicycles and tons of beach chairs. The reclining chair in living room was a nice surprise.
