Hermosa casa de playa, en el Golfo, 4 BR / 4 BA

Anrica ha sido nuestra querida casa de vacaciones de la familia en Panamá City Beach desde 1957. Se trata de un 3,500 pies cuadrados, casa muy bien decorada "estilo retro", ubicado directamente en la playa. Las vistas magníficas y hermosas puestas de sol se disfrutan desde su propio patio privado. Salir por la puerta principal y se encuentra en la playa. 4 dormitorios, 4 baños (cada habitación tiene su propio baño privado). Tiene capacidad para un máximo de 16.

Enorme piso abierto plan de salón / comedor / cocina. La cocina totalmente equipada también tiene un 6 taburete de bar zona del mostrador, así como un bar con máquina de hielo. Hay una gran terraza junto a la playa y el Golfo de México. Se puede caminar a la derecha de esta cubierta en nuestra hermosa playa.

Además de la sala de estar y comedor, hay un porche cerrado con zonas de descanso adicionales y un gran comedor frente a la playa. La casa está completamente climatizado.


Dormitorios de la siguiente manera:

Dormitorio 1 - 1 cama King Size con baño privado y ducha grande a ras de suelo. Este dormitorio se abre a porche cerrado y tiene una vista del Golfo.

Dormitorio 2 - 2 camas queen size con baño privado y una gran ducha a ras de. Este dormitorio se abre a porche cerrado y tiene una vista del Golfo.

Dormitorio 3 - 2 camas tamaño queen y 1 doble, con baño privado y ducha grande ras de suelo.

Dormitorio 4 - 2 camas tamaño queen y 1 doble, con baño privado y ducha / bañera.

Cada baño tiene acceso desde el exterior privada, permitiendo a los huéspedes a utilizar nuestra ducha al aire libre, al regresar de la playa, y luego entran directamente en su cuarto de baño desde el exterior.
Cada habitación tiene un gran vestidor.

Cochera para 3 coches con entrada directa a la casa.

La casa está situada en una calle de poco tráfico con otras 25 casas de playa. Esto permite una fácil y segura para caminar o andar en bicicleta.

Another Excellent Stay

We had anothe awesome stay at a beautiful beach house. We absolutely love the size of the house and it accomodates out large group (10 people) without any problems. The location is perfect of you want to be right on the beach and makes it easy to come and go from the house. Booking was easy the owner was super responsive, if needed.

Stay at a great location

They say location, location, location. This hoise is in a great location with direct access to the beach. The house is spacious and with eqch bedroom having its own bathroom. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and even checked on us when we were under a hurricane watch. Overall we had a great stay and the house was excellent.

Family Fun!!

My family and I stayed the second week of October, we try to come every year for Fall Break. I am so glad we found this beach home. Mary Anne is so nice and accommodating. The house has so much space everyone was comfortable. The retro decor and history of the house is so interesting.. We had a wonderful and relaxing time!!! I look forward to coming back next year!!!!!

Nice house

The house had the perfect set up for our family. Only downfall was the public access entries on each side of the house. People kept coming on the back patio thinking it was for the public use. Maybe in need of a private property sign to detour others from coming on the patio.

Family Friendly Stay and Location!

I have been using VRBO for many years now, many stays. This one was extremely important to me as I wanted to bring my whole immediate family, including my 7 grandchildren. It was perfect. 4 bedrooms for each family member with their own full baths in each room. Big kitchen with lots and lots of pots and pans, bowls, cups and utensils. We wanted for nothing. The living area was spacious with lots of seating. Inside patio and outside patio had lots of seating as well. The home was decorated so beautifully with retro beachy décor. A must stay especially if you have a big family. Loved this and the 4th of July on the beach was spectacular! Best Florida trip ever.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This house may be described as an older one but don't let that bother you. It is a wonderful house. . . .spacious, comfortable, clean, organized, well furnished and the kitchen, wow! We cooked and grilled several meals and there was a tool for every need. I have NEVER stayed in a rental that was so thoughtfully and thoroughly furnished. We enjoyed mornings on the back patio which was furnished with plenty of chairs for everyone. We enjoyed evenings there also watching the sunsets. It was a perfect view of the beach without having to get in the sand although we did some of that too. The sun porch provides a wonderful beach view for times when not wanting to be out in the sun or rain. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Mary Anne provided great communication. We have absolutely no complaints about our week there!

AMAZING HOME

What a Hidden Gem, pics describe well, but living here a week, has the feeling of a good friends home which has invited you to stay while they are away! From the 3 car carport, front sitting area, thru a Giant kitchen, dining, living/tv area, all four large attached bedrooms; each with bath/shower, this home has it all! Then the full width sun room with separate a/c & fans that overlooks the very close Gulf! Literally just steps from surf and sitting on rear out side deck, there are is only dunes, sand, & surf in view as no structures can be seen on either side! Pure seaside life as it was intended when the coast was pristine with none of today’s big everything, lights, & glitter! All is supplied, beach towels, ice maker, totally modern equipped kitchen ; bring nothing! Easily comfortable for 12 as dining plus long bar will sit 16! We’ll be back soon Thank You!

Wonderful house

This was a great house. Only bad part was there are public walkways on both sides of house so noise is a constant. Everything else was great. Would rent again!

Great Beachfront Home

Property was perfect for a reunion of my cousin and I, along with our two elderly moms who had not seen each other for many years. Large home, plenty of room, great kitchen. The view of the water was perfect and beautiful (not hidden by sand dune). Owner was very gracious over text. Thanks for a fun stay.

Fabulous graduation week!

We absolutely loved this house! There was plenty of room for everyone and the back porch was a favorite spot in the evenings. There was plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. We lived the quietness of being on the end. The house was very clean and roomy. Melanie Henderson

Couldn’t Ask for a Better Location

We arrived at the end of the Thunderbeach Motorcycle Rally and thoroughly enjoyed seeing all of the motorcycles. The house and property is INCREDIBLE and very spacious. This home can easily and comfortably accommodate a large extended family. Had everything you could possibly imagine needing at the house and it’s close to everything! The beds and bedding were so comfortable which was great after a long day of enjoying the beach and seeing beautiful Panama City Beach. Loved the ice maker! The washer and dryer were new and great to have. Thankfully I didn’t see any bugs in the house as that would’ve been a dealbreaker for me. The decor is adorably done in 50’s aesthetic with fun family photos and history about the house and PCB. My history buff husband loved it! It was fun to watch the tiny lizards, pelicans and other wildlife from the patio. We saw dolphins from the patio our last day and the highlight of the trip was swimming with a group of devil rays at sunset right in front of the house! The owners were great to work with and very accommodating for our week. Would absolutely return to this house and highly recommend it!

Too close

Home was mostly clean but furniture is old and needs updating. I knew it was the week of Thunder Bay but didn’t realize how close the property was to the road and bar. Impossible to sleep until after midnight. Light switch in front left bedroom will shock you. Saw a few roaches! The beach was great and a wonderful view.

Family Vacation

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here. We had a great relaxing time. The owner Mary Anne is wonderful!! The house is huge and has everything you need and the location is perfect!!! We will be coming back next year!

Wonderful Beach Home!

We loved our stay in this classic old beach home. It was so spacious and well equipped. The view of the ocean was spectacular! The home was really clean and Mary Anne texted to check on us the first night and sent someone over the next morning to repair the microwave that we couldn’t get to heat. He replaced it with a brand new one. We loved the layout of the home and the size of the bedrooms and living spaces. We want to rent it again next year. Also, the towels were very luxurious and thick.

There are very few stand-alone beach houses left that were built directly on the beach. Of course there are lots of high rise condos but to be ensconced in an original beach cottage built in the 1950's and maintained according to the original feel, is unique.
This is a huge 3500 square foot beach house directly on the beach that evokes the feel of what family beach vacations were all about: the family, usually including several generations, enjoying precious time together. Those memories last forever.
