20 STEPS TO THE BEACH! LUXURY BEACH HOUSE / LARGE PRIVATE HEATED SALT POOL
Newly listed Island Time is a newer construction home of 2500sf built on two lots nestled in the center of PCB that is within easy walking distance of some of the best restaurants, entertainment, and attractions in the area. "THE WORLD'S MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACH", is literally at the END OF YOUR DRIVEWAY! WALK OUT OF YOUR FRONT DOOR AND BE AT THE BEACH IN LESS THAN 60 SECONDS! So convenient when the kids need a bathroom break or the drinks are running low. With only a low number of houses on this side street, and NO PUBLIC PARKING, this is one of the least congested areas on the beach, and still in the heart of PCB"s restaurants and attractions. When your beach time ends for the day, you can retreat to your own private , fenced, beautifully equipped pool. This is NOT one of the super small kiddie pools that is commonly found on beachfront houses! This is a full size pool with a tanning shelf, with room for everyone to swim and also space for everyone to relax. Attached to the pool is a custom built heated Spa / Hot Tub, that will relax you to no end. We provide pool towels , (guest bring beach towels ) . The pool can be heated for an additional fee, ( 50.00 per night during summer, 100.00 per night spring and fall) . Pool heat not available nov-dec. Also there is an outdoor shower to rinse away the sand after returning from the beach, two table bar tops with seating, plus a dinning set to seat six more. Our pool area has tons of comfortable seating and lounging . THIS POOL WON'T DISSAPOINT! Plenty of outdoor dining accommodations with your own Big Green Egg to prepare the steaks! Now for the rest of your vacation. As beautiful as the beaches and the pool are, sooner or later, you have to head indoors, and your not going to be disappointed here! We've given great attention to detail to bring comfort and the feeling of being in your very own dream vacation get -a-way. "Island Time" features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and is accommodating enough to sleep up to 15 guest, all in a bed! Nobody has to sleep on a sleeper sofa, trundle or a futon!!! Also, you will enjoy the views from the walkout balconies while taking in the salt air breeze and the evening gulf sunsets. The rear deck looks out over the spectacular pool, and beyond that, the Signal Hill Golf Course. As you enter Island Time luxury vacation home, you will notice a bright open floor plan. The first floor living area has plenty of comfy seating and a large flat screen smart TV. This area opens to the fully equipped CHIEF'S KITCHEN that will impress the best cooks, featuring multi burner Thermador gas stove and ovens that will handle all of your cooking needs, and a premium Sub Zero Fridge, plus a built in Scottsman NUGGET ICE MACHINE to cool those drinks. You will not find this kind of kitchen anywhere else in a PCB rental!! The dining area is very well lit and seats 8 guests with 6 additional stools at the kitchen/bar area. We know you didn't come this far to sleep on futons, uncomfortable sleeper sofas, or trundles. Everybody gets a REAL BED !! Down the hallway is a bedroom with a set of custom built queen bunk beds ,flat screen smart TV and a view of the large private pool area. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a spacious washer/dryer laundry area on this floor. The back door will lead straight onto the large pool deck and lounge area and the " Green Egg" for grilling!
Head up to the second level and you will find an additional living area, three bedrooms, and two more bathrooms. Here you will find the beautifully decorated spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bath , and large walk in closet. The second living area has a large flat screen smart TV, and a twin over twin bunk nook. In addition there is another bunk area with twin over full also with another tv . There are two full size bedrooms on the opposite side both with queen beds and smart tvs. These rooms share the spacious hall bathroom with a double vanity with shower/tub combo. Parking can accommodate up to 6 cars. Again, we think you will very pleased with everything "Island Time" has to offer to make your vacation a GREAT VACATION !!! SPRING BREAK POLICY: YOUNG PEOPLE GROUPS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED ON A CASE BY CASE REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY THE OWNER. HIGHER SECURITY DEPOSITS AND FEES WILL BE REQUIRED.
ANY VIOLATIONS OF RENTAL AGREEMENT OR MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS ( unless prior exception has been granted by owner ) WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO RENTAL REFUNDS.
*Pool heat available at an additional cost of 100.00 + tax (13.00) per night x trip length. ( 50.00 per day during summer season ) Pool heating is not available for the months of January and February

NO PETS OR ANIMALS. Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. ISLAND TIME is a NO ANIMAL property, this includes service animals. We cannot host service animals due to severe animal allergies of family members who stay at our home periodically. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 violation fee, per animal that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. As an extra measure of security , ring doorbell cameras are present to monitor both exits of the property for your safety. No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older unless a wavier has been granted by owner. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest promptly after reservation to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
