All of the comforts of home

Loved our stay . The open concept of the living room, dining room and kitchen is wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked and the prep area is handy. Bedrooms were cozy. Lanai is a great spot to enjoy the outdoors and read or entertain. Pool is well maintained. And the screened in area is a huge bonus. Used the gas grill as well as the charcoal grill. We would stay here again. In a heartbeat. The owner was super responsive and bent over backwards to make us comfortable. I would recommend to anyone.

Palm Bay Pool Home

The property was great. The only minor issue we encountered was cleanliness and bugs. I suggest you talk to the cleaning crew that was paid to clean by the last renter. If i ran my hand over the counters you could feel tons of stuff caked-on and even had coffee spills, that we cleaned up. And if the crew had moved the bean bag they would have found a pair of panties. Very UN-SAT, even tho I put SATISFIED because it was picked up and wiped down, but I would definitely not call it CLEAN. Also I suggest you have pest control come out. That fake green plant wall is a breeding ground for bugs. We killed a few spiders that came out of it, and 6 other spiders in the house. And the screened in room and pool were littered with lil mosquitos/biting bugs. The kids were bit up and grossed out when they swam with masks the 1st day. The water flow of the pool is off and didnt really filter them out properly. As a Floridian whose family builds pools, I know these issues can be handled with attention.

Great Host, Lacks Cleanliness

Host was awesome. Great communication and timely responses. House easy to find, code easy to use. House smelled slightly like dog. Bathrooms clean but Softsoap soap Containers had barely any soap, it wouldn’t pump out . There are three bedrooms, and they all had sheets with stains/drool spots. The master bedroom bed had the a lump in it. So we looked to see what it was and the whole mattress was flipped upside down. The bunk beds were super squeaky. The kitchen keurig had mold on the inside lid. Toaster had crumbs ontop. There was a cute welcome packet with snacks and water. Great binder with useful information about the area. Great host, just not the most clean place.

Peace of Heaven

This beautifully decorated and updated home was perfect! Spacious, well lit, open floor plan to enjoy family, VERY clean, high end furnishings and appliances, close to everything. Host, Anastasia was so accommodating and returned our calls immediately if we had any questions. Lovely home on quiet street. Several amenities to list. This is a “Pearl” in Palm Bay. Thank you for a wonderful 2 months stay while we enjoyed our daughter and grandchildren who lived only blocks away. A real Gem! Thank you.

Beautiful home

I visited Florida to spend time with family for my nephews birthday. The house was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. It included all the extras you needed to feel at home. The pictures didn’t do it just even better in person! The check in and out process was incredibly easy. I will definitely be staying again such a relaxing positive experience!

This was a great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, and good communication from hosts. Tastefully decorated and plenty of room. Good price for a house with a pool; it kept the kids busy when not out and about.

Great house and plenty of room for a family

Great trip, great house! The house was dirty and hair in the drain. The pool was covered with spider webs and ants in the pool. We cleaned it up and the trip was great. They need to fire those cleaner!

Nice rental house

Open, spacious living room/kitchen. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit which was great! We did have to clean a few areas when we first arrived.

Wonderful Stay in Palm Bay

First concern is always cleanliness, and this property was fabulous....the bathrooms sparkled and the kitchen was outstanding. The neighborhood was quiet, which was important for three brothers in "their golden years." The pool and firepit are both well maintained. Two large screen TVs suited us well as did the pool table. The TVs are not on cable, so bring your streaming service information. The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms right sized for the three of us, the bed linen and towels were a step above normal for a short term rental. The kitchen has all new appliances and enough cookware for basic operations -- we cooked breakfast most mornings and several dinners over two plus weeks. Anastasia was very welcoming and responsive during our stay -- couldn't have asked for more from a hostess. More stores should be moving into the area but the closest supermarkets were about 12 minutes away in any direction, so there was no problem finding food, restaurants, etc. We were very happy with this selection and would recommend it to friends and family -- Anastasia is top shelf.

Home Away from Home for a Family Vacation!

We chose this property to visit my family who lives in the Melbourne Area. This home gives the home away from home with all of the amenities it offers, as well as close driving distance to my family, shopping centers, as well as destination locations. Withim 45 mins or so, you have Cocoa Beach, Ron Jon's, Cape Canaveral, and many beaches. This Home offered plenty of space indoors and outdoors, to relax and unwind from the long days out in the sun. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in Palm Bay Area. We even recommended this home to other family members who plan to vacation in Palm Bay in December. Thank you again for the wonderful place to stay while visiting Florida!

Great home away from home

My family loved our short stay. We had plenty of space for all four of us. The pool and backyard are great and my husband enjoyed teaching our son how to play pool. Host is very quick to respond to any inquiries.
