Kern is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home in the peaceful Southbend Lakes area of Port St. Lucie — well rated over several years of hosting and a firm favourite with families, larger groups, and boating enthusiasts.

The C24 canal boat ramp is just around the corner, giving you access to the St. Lucie River, Indian River Lagoon, and the ocean. Veterans Memorial boat ramp is close by too. Parking a boat at the property may be possible by prior agreement and subject to size — please ask when booking.

The private heated pool is screened year-round with a large patio, outdoor dining for 8, and sun loungers. The fully fenced garden (4ft) gives pets and children safe room to roam. Dogs are welcome (max 2, pet fee applies).

Inside, the layout is generous and well thought out for larger groups. As you enter, the large dining room seats 8. The well equipped kitchen and breakfast dinette are centrally positioned, with the family room to the rear featuring a 65" HDTV with Hulu Live — live sports, news, and streaming included. The four bedrooms are on a split plan — the spacious master is to the left with a TV, dedicated desk and workspace, and a cabana bathroom with direct pool access. The other three bedrooms are to the right — a queen with TV, two twin rooms (one with TV) — sharing a bathroom between the queen and second twin room. The dedicated workspace in the master makes Kern ideal for snowbirds and longer stays. Washer and dryer in the property, parking for 4 cars on the driveway.

Jensen Beach Park is the nearest beach — sunrise to sunset, there's always something to see. Spruce Bluff Preserve is a short walk away. US1 is minutes away for restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Clover Park (Mets spring training) is under 20 minutes. I95, the Turnpike, and major routes are all easily accessible from Kern Road for day trips to Orlando, Miami, or the Keys.
