Look no further; you have found the most beautiful newly renovated condo in Schuss Village!
There hasn't been a detail overlooked in this modern emaculately clean one bedroom condo.

Lower walk out unit. (No stairs to climb) Park right out front.
Very private with woods and a pond view. At the end of a cul, De sac just a short walk to the driving range. Step out back to cross country ski or snow shoe
Sleeps 2. Please do not ask for exceptions. If you have more than 2 guests I have other units.

Included with your stay is a pool pass that allows guests to use the indoor pool and hot tub in Schuss Village and the beautiful outdoor pool that overlooks Lake Bellaire at Summit Village.

The back patio faces the 18th hole of the Schuss course. Within a few miles, there are 5 other very popular golf courses.


This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake, Charlevoix, and Sleeping Bear Dunes, just to mention a few.

***There is a special boat and trailer parking lot. Boats are not allowed in the condo parking lot***

We also have 548, so if you are looking for 2 condos together, this is perfect.

All of our condos are professionally cleaned between guests.

Great Little Condo

Nicely remodeled condo with many upgrades. This is the nicest condo that we've stayed at in this area. The induction cooktop was a new experience for us. Outfitted with everything we needed and much more. We're in the area every year, will definitely keep this on the revisit list.

My Wife and I got away for a 3 night motorcycle getaway. This was a great place to stay while we enjoyed the roads in the area. As shown in the pictures, it's a smaller condo but had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean! We enjoyed a slow start to our day with coffee and breakfast, headed out on a ride and then grilled something in the evening and enjoyed relaxing at the condo. Way better than staying in Hotels!! This was the first time I never contacted the host. Normally I contact the host before the stay or once during our stay. Everything was as the pictured showed, directions to the condo were explained well and there was no need to contact the host. Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo. Always love getting up to Leelanau Peninsula and Bellaire area!!

LOVELY SCHUSS PROPERTY

Very well appointed little condo. Owner made excellent use of space with remodel. Thoughtful “starter” supplies, coffee, spices, shampoos, etc. Owner is an excellent communicator if there is any need or questions.

Anniversary get away

It was exactly as described. It was perfect for my husband and myself. It was very beautiful inside and updated as stated. The shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable. I also really enjoyed the heated floors getting out of the shower. The view out the back was incredible and had a nice seating area outside. Very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for a great stay. This was the first trip we have taken since having our two girls and getting married.

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful. Only negative is the door was not locked and there was no key. Keypad did not work. So only could lock door from inside. We had left and upon returning noticed a new doormat at the door. Made me feel uncomfortable like someone had been inside shile c we were iut. Never felt completely secure and felt watched.

I am so sorry this guest felt this way. We frequently leave the door unlocked for a seamless check in. We have a keypad and the code is included in the directions. If a guest has an issue someone is always available to assist. During this time we were doing summer spruce up outside and landscaping. Yes, new door mats were placed at every condo. I can guarantee that no one was in the condo. We never enter a condo while guests are staying unless there is an issue that needs to be fixed and the guests approves the entry. I feel bad that they felt this way but wish they would have reached out and it could have been resolved.

Super New! Super Cool place!

WOW! What an exceptional condo! The inside had been recently updated and upgraded! Not one but two rain shower heads in the tiled shower. Radiant heat in the bathroom. LOTS of storage under the comfy Tempurpedic mattress as well as in the closet. The full sized fridge was a bonus as well as the microwave/convection oven. The kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful granite countertops. Lots of comfy couch to lounge on . Every detail was just so "spot-on". Never got to use the new grill. But loved the peace and quiet at the end of the cul de sac. Just us and the birds singing. And mid-May was the perfect time before the rush and heat of summer. We used this property at Schuss Mountain as our "hub" for a number of explorations in northern MI (not UP), including Traverse City, Charlevoix, and Petosky. Surprisingly quite affordable!!! This was a return visit to Schuss Mountain resort w/ a condo by Connie. A great host; a great place!

It is perfect for a couple and yes the location next to the woods with the pond out front is a bird watchers paradise. Not to mention ducks and Turkeys. We offer affordable prices and many ammenities to make your stay comfortable!

Well appointed and updated... one drawback.

Quick trip up to Schuss for a fun night at Shorts and Saturday skiing. The rental is definitely updated and looks great inside. It is small-ish, really only for couples. For us it was spot on, just what we needed for space (we are typically minimalist and travel light). Main room/kitchen was renovated well. Bathroom with the two overhead rain shower heads were enjoyable and we could shower together. Bed.... ugh. I have a back issue (couple broken vertebrae). The mattress was... underwhelming at best. My side had a huge divot and my back ached in the morning. It really should be replaced. I wouldn’t rent again if the same mattress was there, if the owner got a proper one, we would certainly rent again. 4 out of 5, only strike was the bed. Otherwise, it’s really nice and quaint.

I would like to thank our guest for reviewing our condo. I am sorry that he did not enjoy the high end Temperpedic mattress. Unfortunately with his back issue's he may have a difficult time finding the perfect "away" from home mattress. I do welcome him back to try another CK Schuss Condo. Quite honestly no one else has complained about the mattress. Future guests please read previous reviews. This condo is perfect for a couple!

Best Short Term Rental ever, WOW

We stayed here for one full wonderFALL week. Everything was clean, modern, and well-thought-out in this little gem of Michigan. We thought we were living in a modern house, but after spending a week here, my wife is requesting all new updates on our house appliances and furnishings: the double high-tech showers, smart ultra-modern cooktops and heated bathroom floor, just to name a few. We just hated to leave, bc this condo was just too appealing to us. Thanks, Connie for your lovely condo and your instant responses to our questions. Sincerly hope we can come back some day

CK Schuss Mountain Condo Rentals LLC has grown from one condo to now 16 condos in Schuss Village near Bellaire Michigan. Our area has something to do year round. Winter, skiing both downhill and cross country, dog sledding, tubing. Summer has endless fun things to do. Golf, boating, biking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, canoeing and kayaking. A major attraction is Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. The quaint town of Bellaire is 6miles away. 15 minutes away you can spend the day on Torch Lake and stop at the Dockside restaurant for dinner.
