House worked well for our friend trip. Short walk to the beach. Note there is beach construction going on and some days we had to walk to further entrances. Beach equipment was appreciated, especially the wagon. House was very clean snd spacious, minimally furnished which was fine for our group. Walking distance to a great bakery/coffee shop and a few restaurants. I would book again.

fridge ice maker didn't work, the place was great though i saw other house in this neighborhood and this was the best, mark and Darcy were awesome to work with. my family loved the place too.

Great home for a vacation

We appreciated the 4 bedrooms and two1/2 baths that are in the home for our group. The outside porches were used frequently. The short walk to the beach was perfect as well as the number of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, wagon, etc. that were supplied. The various floors of the home gave each of us space if we needed it.

It was short walk to the beach. Very spacious. Need to invest in new frying pans. They were old and chipped. Refrigerator stunk when we arrived. Smelled of either a dead mouse or rotten food. We bought 3 baking soda containers and it helped. We understand that the area had gone thru a hurricane so we didn't complain. Decks could use a little brushing off.... hanging baskets were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable.

Fantastik property

To start I am a first time VRBO user. Darcy, our host was extremely helpful and very patient with me. She walked me through the process and was always available to answer any questions. The property itself was wonderful. So much room. The location is great only one block off the beach but on a culdesac that made it very private. We had a few minor repair issues during our stay but Matt was quick to respond and resolve any issues. The best thing about this property is the hosts. They were wonderful. They did not micro manage. The other very important thing to know is this property and its hosts are LGBTQ friendly. We have already booked for next year and are so looking forward to our 2026 trip. Thank you Darcy and Matt! Stay

Great house and property. Did not like that we lost tv on Thursday evening and did not like that we could not control the ac in kitchen. There were days when it was 78 degrees in there. Ice makers did not work and the shower head in the master bathroom didn't work. Also the knob on the jet tub, washer and stove were broke. I feel with these few things being fixed it would make for an even better stay. Would of liked the owner to have called or emailed to make sure there were no issues and that we got checked in alright

Perfect beach getaway

This spot is a short 5 min walk from the gorgeous beaches. Stocked with everything you could possibly need (including a wagon, coolers, chairs, towels, and unbrellas). It was quiet and the perfect location for our girls’ getaway!

The location was wonderful. Close to restaurants, beach and pickleball. The only issue is the elevator isn't working and if you have people who can't go up two flights of stairs it might be difficult. Especially hauling groceries up those steps. House was very clean. The beach chairs, towels and wagon came in very handy.

Wonderful all around!

The house was perfect!! Clean and very spacious. Stocked kitchen w all spices and everything you need. Multiple patios. Beds were so comfortable! I would definitely stay again! Perfect distance to beach and restaurants. Tons of beach chairs, umbrella, toys, wagon to pull it in….it was absolutely perfect!

Amazing!!!

What a stunning house! It was just me, my sister, and our tiny Yorkie twins so it was quite big for us. But if you are a family with lots of people, this home is perfect! Better than the pics. Darcy was excellent and responded right away. This was just what we needed to get away from living in our tiny FEMA trailer while our Hurricane Ian house is being rebuilt. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful mansion and for attending to all our needs!

Family vacation

We all had a great time here. The location is great, with its proximity to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. I loved the fact that the beach was not crowded. The host was very accommodating and we plan to return next year.

Fantastic Large Family Beach Rental

Nice house in a great location

We stayed here with a group of 9 family members. Location is great, with a short walk to the beach. The house overall was in good shape and clean. There were more than enough towels and beach chairs for our entire group. Beds were fairly comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the cookware in the kitchen. The knives were quite dull and there was a limited number of pans. We love to cook, so this was a challenge for us, but if you plan on dining out while you stay it likely won't be an issue for you. Overall a great stay.

Great family vacation

This place was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for my teenagers to spread out. It was clean, updated and only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. The owners answered our questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach

Just a couple blocks from the beach, very spacious and clean. They had lots of beach chairs & toys plus a wagon to haul it all in so that was a huge plus with kids. Quiet neighborhood and lots of beds for a big group. There are a ton of stairs at this property so if that’s a problem for you beware that the kitchen/living area is on the third floor. Overall a nice place we’d go back to if in the area again
