Play in the river while enjoying the cute German feel-townhome which is overlooking the Chattahoochee River!You'll find great comfort here with the hot tub outside on the patio and vintage games for to play. The house has been freshly decorated and is perfect for family fun. Enjoy time in the game room, the spacious living/dining area with games to choose from, or outside on one of the 3 decks which are complete with an outside tv, comfortable furniture, and a hot tub. The game room/bar with a full bath is located in the basement of the home, accessible by a separate exterior door! There are 3 total decks---one off the main bedroom, another off the family room, and the third at the rear of the basement! To access the basement there is an outside door which leads you into the game room with a bathroom. A personal favorite is sitting in the outdoor swing with your coffee and a good book while enjoying the sound of the river.
