Brand new Custom Built -3800 interior sq ft with an additional 1200 sq feet of outdoor deck space on the 1st hole of Valhalla Golf Course . Escape to your own private mountain sanctuary! Our lodge boasts 4 spacious bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms (including additional sleeping space for 6 ). Each bedroom has a purple mattress and luxury bed linens for supreme comfort. Our gourmet kitchen is perfect for cooking up hearty meals, as well as enjoying the sprawling deck on both levels, overlooking the the first hole of Valhalla Golf Course. The entire house is equipped with a UV light water filtration system as well as reverse osmosis drinking water. There is also an air purification system throughout the house.


Whether you're seeking adventure in Unicoi State park, having a guys weekend on the golf course or a visit to a little slice of Bavaria in, Charming Downtown Helen, this lodge provides the perfect base. The property is 5 minutes from Downtown (mainstreet) Helen.

We had a wonderful family Christmas in Helen! The house itself offers a lot to do with the games, hot tub, and outdoor space in the decks. We had plenty of room for 10 of us to have our own spaces and gather as a group. Jena is responsive and easy to work with - any questions were answered promptly. We would stay here again if visiting Helen in the future. The driveway is very steep and if you are driving a sedan this is something to be aware of. Backing in is easiest.

Hosts checked in daily. The house had everything we needed and was incredibly clean. The basement is amazing for kids! Beware of the driveway with a car with low clearance, it will scrape on one side of the driveway. Overall, we had a great weekend and had plenty of space for three families.

The house was amazing and fit our group of adults. It was very clean and close to everything. The only downside was the driveway. If you have a small sedan, do not park at the bottom, your car will scrub the ground but other than that we enjoyed everything about the property and our stay.

The house was very beautiful and well appointed. The driveway is steep, and only will accommodate 2 or 3 cars, so keep that in mind if you have a large group.

We really loved this house, very clean, nice amenities, and spacious. The driveway is steep, be prepared if you have a low vehicle, but some of us were able to park on the street. The 5th bedroom(bunk beds) is only accessible through the 4th bedroom. Would definitely book again!

This was truly an amazing property to stay. They have several many days for adults, as well as kids such as hot tub, chimney for wood fire, pool table, racing, video games console. There was enough room for all of us to enjoy different locations of the house. Sunday, we recommend it to our other friends and family.

We recently had a cousins reunion at this beautiful home. The check-in instructions were clear and the host communicated effectively. The home is nicely decorated, conveniently located to Helen, and is a upscale gated commuunity.

We had a blast! It's a magnificent home with every imaginable convenience. The views were spectacular and we were very comfortable. Bring a millennial or younger to take full advantage of available electronics!

The home is a short drive to downtown Helen and activities making it convenient for our family who had three toddlers who needed naps. Also having sleeping areas on three levels allowed for the adults continued activities during the nap times. The home sits on a very steep mountain side so we had to keep an eye on the toddlers as there isn’t the ability for outdoor play but we spent outdoor time enjoying the fun around Helen. Parking was a bit of a challenge but we were able to get four vehicles parked in the half circle driveway. Jena was very responsive to our questions during our stay and was helpful when one couple had to come in separately adding the 4th vehicle to our stay. We plan to come back for OctoberFest next year and based on how many we have coming this home would be considered.

New and pretty

We had a great weekend! The property is new and well stocked. The host has a coffee station set up as well as extra trash bags, cleaning products, etc. She left a s’mores basket that the kids loved. The basement was a dream for the kids and they were entertained and content having their own space. We were delayed getting in but understandably since the hot tub had to be drained/refilled. Cleaners identified the use of bath salts in the tub by the prior guests. I appreciated that this was addressed by the cleaners as our kids enjoyed the hot tub during the stay. One night, the neighbor got an unexpected visitor in their vehicle who then wandered into the front yard. It was fun to have a close encounter with the bear but be sure to lock your trash down as recommended :)The location is close but not too close to the congestion of Helen. We were able to get to lots of north GA activities/food but then retreat to the quiet gated community. Thank you for hosting my family for a fun summer retreat!
