Bright outdoor space includes water views and water access, 48ft x 18 ft heated pool, Har-Tru tennis court, dining for 18+ with Weber grill, SOLO fire pit by the bay with seating for 7+, and balconies off every room.
Large open concept living room with dining table seating for 10. Kitchen renovation completed in 2021 with countertop seating for 6 and inset 50” HD smart TV. Sunroom off the entry with a NE facing balcony, custom expansive couch for the entire family, and 55” HD smart TV for movie night. New HVAC with Nest smart home configuration, Mixture of high end, custom, and cozy furniture throughout. Our home is family friendly! Heated pool and utilities are expensed after checkout via invoice for payment. Please feel free to ask about general need and cost for this accommodation.

I offer the design and management elements to our hosting experience.
We enjoy traveling, golfing, volunteering, developing properties, skiing and sailing with our combined family of four children, ages 16, 12, 11, and 9 in 2018!
