Renovado contemporáneo casa de vacaciones para la diversión y el entretenimiento le espera. Tiene 4 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños y plano de planta abierto con muchos tragaluces, dos cubiertas con una siempre a la sombra. Un nuevo juego de niños. Los muebles para exteriores de New Restoration Hardware, Webber BBQ y las puertas de vidrio de dos dormitorios a una terraza y piscina. Nuevas sábanas y electrodomésticos blancos. Sistema de CA de dos zonas. Televisor Panasonic Plasma Smart de gama alta de 60 pulgadas con Netflix y otros servicios de transmisión. Sistema de Wii. La propiedad se rocía cada 6 semanas con un tratamiento de garrapatas orgánico. Las playas están a 3 minutos en coche, las tiendas / la ciudad principal están a 2 minutos y el cercano parque público Red Creek Park para disfrutar del aire libre: senderos para caminatas, canchas de tenis, baloncesto, béisbol, etc.

La casa está perfectamente diseñada para familias con dos de las habitaciones que no tienen acceso a la zona de patio / piscina en caso de que tenga niños pequeños. También tenemos una puerta de billar para niños si es necesario y muchos juguetes.

En el alquiler, también tenemos un memo de bienvenida con todos los aspectos más destacados de la zona, restaurantes locales favoritos, etc. para pasar un buen rato en los Hamptons.

Well maintained four bedroom home with a lovely pool. Great open space with kitchen, dining, family room. Owners were excellent about communication before and during our stay -- all inquiries were answered on the spot. We stayed with our adult children and spouses...a perfect family week.

Family vacation in the Hamptons

My family and I had a wonderful time, The house was perfect and had all the amenities listed and much more! we had six adults and two small children and all had a great vacation. Olga and Eugene were fantastic hosts.

Friends &Family get away

Lovely modern home with wonderful pool and backyard. Perfectly suited for both children and adults with extra books,toys and board games as well as pool floats. Olga and Eugene are great hosts/owner and always very responsive and helpful if/when we had questions. Unfortunately our weather wasn’t great but the pool, BBQ grill, open kitchen/dining area and large family sized couch allowed us to hang out and relax and enjoy our time together. Thanks again and yes we highly recommend!

Relaxing Week in the Hamptons

The house is designed well with plenty of options for people to separate. It is a very good property to rent if there will be children staying. Great outdoor property both by the pool and in the garden. The hosts were very responsive to everything we asked. We had a very relaxing week.

Blissful and easy getaway

This was an absolutely lovely stay in the Hampton Bays. Very accessible to beaches or north fork. We had many outings to explore the Hamptons and then could come home and relax at the pool and grill on the top deck. Kids had a blast with pool, playground and large backyard and lots of toys to play with. We even did a day trip to shelter island - about an hour drive to the ferry. The house was very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Olga was accessible if any questions or for area recs. Would love to stay again next summer!

The property was not only immaculate the hosts were the kindest people. It was a very relaxing experience laying by the pool. They were so attentive to everything we asked.

Great location, Convenient from NYC, Kid-friendly

We were 6 adults and 2 small children. We enjoyed our stay in Hampton Bays and this property. The house is modern and well-maintained, with comfortable bedrooms, new kitchen appliances, large cozy sectional in the living room, etc. We liked the open floorplan (including open kitchen and dining area) - the entire 2nd floor is open and great for socializing. All of us were able to hang out in the living area to watch a movie, with plenty of room for the kids to play. The house also offers two separate levels of outdoor space, including a large deck that effectively extends the 2nd floor and creates the flexibility to enjoy both indoor and outdoor amenities. There is a large outdoor table that comfortable accommodated us for meals (there is also a dining table inside, but we didn't use much bc of the separate breakfast counter in the open kitchen). Lower deck offers a pool and loungers, sectional, oversized armchairs. For little kids, there is a play area with a large slide, swings a tower and climbing stuff. The house is set up for small children - we used the crib and also appreciated he house-proofing - including pool fence, locking pool gates and staircase enclosures. The owners were responsive and provided helpful suggestions. We appreciated their suggestion for going to the inlet part of the beach that's less crowded and offers free parking, with great restaurants across the road.

Great , spacious, safe, clean, modern house for a Summer vacation!

The house and grounds were very well maintained and very convenient to the beach, town, shopping and Happy Hours. It was easy to entertain and stay connected with our group since it was an open family/dining/kitchen and deck area. The two large tables were perfect for serving and eating both inside and outside when we cooked and grilled.The pool was super clean with new lounge chairs and cushions however the water temperature was a bit chilly considering the air temps were in the 90"s. The AC had a hard time keeping the house cool because of these 90 degree days. Thank goodness our freezer worked so we did not loss any meat or fish but our main concern was an issue with the coldness of the refrigerator since we bought an abundance of food to cook for the 10 days and it was not working properly however the owner was accessible to hear our issue and had a mini fridge delivered to help us out. The owner's efficient handyman was very friendly who was called in to replace a bathroom shower faucet, change a broken toilet seat, put sliding screens back on tracks and replace the front door bell but his visits did interrupt our privacy. The unexpected visit from two electrical guys to do work in the yard although they were fast was unfortunately during our stay. We realize it is not easy to keep up with the outside poolside cushions since they get mildewed being left out regardless of renters being asked to bring them inside nightly but we did noticed the new lounge cushions and assume the other cushions will also be replaced soon. Since we are familiar with this area we did visit the dump with our garbage and recycle bottles since the two pails were not sufficient for our amount of garbage. We appreciated the house was smoke free since we are non smokers. The house and pool was gated safely for our Grandson and the neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk around with his carriage and not worry about traffic. We appreciate that the owner kept in touch with us during our stay and was willing to work with us. We definitely would recommend this house for vacationing.

Great location for exploring the Hamptons. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful and provides a handbook with handy tips on where to eat, buy food from and beaches to visit. House is fully equipped with all your needs. Lovely backyard with play set and great sized pool. We would definitely return. Tips on local area - avoid shopping at King Kullen. All the produce we bought went off within 24 hours. Local beach in Hampton bays Mescuett beach is a must with kids.

From the moment we rented the house, the owners sent us a welcome letter with all the useful information we'd need for our vacation. They stayed on touch with us along our stay to answer any questions. The house is very well maintained, and full of amenities. We found everything we need for a smooth feel-at-home vacation. There are toys, board games, tv, playground. It's amazing as my 7-years old says. There are even beach chairs and a tent to use when going to the beach. My son and l have enjoyed the swimming pool so much. Meschutt beach is 5 minutes away and is awesome.

Great summer rental for families

We had a great week-long stay here with our family of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). Great location, as it's a quick trip to the North Fork as well as to the rest of the Hamptons. The house has everything you want in a summer rental: enough bedrooms, pool, grill, etc. There was plenty of space inside (loved the super comfy couch in the living room!), and it's also a child-friendly house for those with smaller children/toddlers (child safety gates throughout the house; crib availability; toys). Olga and Eugene were responsive and super informative, and easy to work with. Highly recommend this wonderful home.

What an amazing stay!

My husband, newborn son and I stayed at this beautiful house and it was everything we hoped for. The house is exactly as described; lots of open space and and relaxing atmosphere. The house was extremely clean, very homey and welcoming. It was perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The pool is huge and the deck is beautiful. The owners are great- they checked in to make sure we were comfortable and everything was ok. They made sure we had everything we needed, and we did. The house is in a great location with lots to do in the area. Can’t wait to come back- as a matter of fact, I’m booking it for a girls’ trip soon!

This was our first visit to the Hamptons. The Zen House was large and very comfortable. It was close to town and the beach. Olga was responsive to our questions and needs.

Hampton Bays Gem

We had a fabulous vacation at this beautiful property. The house was exactly as advertised and with everything needed to make our experience enjoyable and memorable. The entire house was immaculate and well stocked with clean linens, towels and everyday items. The TV and Wifi worked perfectly, the outdoor grill and pool were just as pictured and the outdoor space was perfect. Our host, Olga and Eugene were amazing. They were available by phone to answer questions and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed--THANK YOU! Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this rental. We hope to return for another visit.

Hampton Bays Retreat

House was fantastic, excellent proximity to beach and downtown shopping. Owners were very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Swimming pool was perfect for before and after beach time for everyone. We would absolutely stay again when in Hamptons. The property was perfect for a family stay but would also be excellent for couples getaway.

Family Vacation in Hampton Bays

My husband and I, along with our daughters and grandson spent a week in this house. First I want to say the owners are great, caring and very attentive. We had the best vacation there and look forward (if possible :)) to returning next year. The house was great, well stocked and very clean. The bedrooms are spacious, as well as the bathrooms. The house has an open layout which is great. Close proximity to restaurants, shops,etc. I can't put it all into words. The owners left suggestions for shopping, restaurants and farmers markets--- which were great!!! Great wineries. THE POOL--❤️❤️❤️ Also kid safety gates available. My family had so much fun sitting out grilling during the day and at night enjoying the beautiful deck. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will have lasting memories of our time spent in this beautiful home, which we highly recommend!

family week in Hampton Bays

My husband and I, our 2 adult daughters and their husbands, 18 mos old grandson and our dog spent a wonderful week in this house. The house is very clean and well layed out. I felt very comfortable putting my clothes in the clean dressers. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, two open up to an outside deck by the pool. Up a flight of stairs, is a large open living room-dining area space and a well-stocked kitchen. There's another outside deck upstairs with a large grill and table. Since the owners have a small child, we were fortunate to find safety gates on the inside and outside steps. The neighborhood is quiet- a real plus. The owners were available by phone and text and really wanted to make our stay comfortable. It is a beautiful, enjoyable home.

Great times at a great place!

I rented this house for a group of 9 to celebrate my fathers 60th birthday. Like any event of a significant magnitude pressure was high to make sure the place selected was just right. Lucky for me I was able to find this "zen retreat"! On paper it checked all the boxes: pool, deck, grill, plenty of space and short drive to the beach/restaurants. What I didn't know at the time I rented it was just how perfect the home really would be. If your looking for a clean spacious house in a great quiet neighborhood with kind and caring owners, this is the place for you. During the 6 nights my family stayed there we could not have had a better time. Don't have post vacation regrets, rent this house and have memories to last a lifetime.

Great summer house for family vacation

We rented this house for a family trip and had a great time. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood. House, pool and backyard were nice, clean and well maintained. Owners were very friendly, responsive and accommodating on the check-in/check-out schedule which is not easy when you have different renters arriving or leaving on the same day. I definitely recommend renting this house which offers from my standpoint a fairly good value for money.

Beautiful home

We spent a long weekend here and would definitely return. The house is on a quiet street, but close to everything. Nice open layout with plenty of space and a great pool area. The back deck was perfect for grilling. The owners were laid back and easy to deal with. Great find...

GREAT VACATION HOME!!

This house is incredible. A great place to stay! Can't say anything bad about it. Stayed there on very short notice, the owner went above and beyond to make sure our family’s stay was enjoyable. The house was charming, relaxing and clean. The accommodation was spacious enough for all family and guests. We loved the deck, overlooking the in-ground pool below; as well as the master and guest bedrooms that opened up to the pool. The house is close to all- beaches, restaurants, shopping center, and attractions all minutes away. It was truly delightful and we were sad to leave. I will definitely recommend to friends, and hope to return.
