Parents Place is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the serenity of being away from home.
Parents Place has been fully renovated and redesigned to create a modern & cozy feel.
We have the Best Location and while you’re visiting Raleigh, you can enjoy the best hidden Gems that Raleigh has to offer.
While staying at Parents Place, right across the street you will have about a 10-15 minute walk to the Coastal Credit Union Music Park, 10-15 minutes to Downtown Raleigh, the Red Hat Amphitheatre, Dorothea Dix Park, PNC Arena, Museums, Parks, Local Shopping, and Fantastic Restaurants!
Additionally, you can be at the Beach or Mountains in approximately 2-3 hours.
The house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps 9 people comfortably.
The home is also equipped with Free Wi-Fi and the password will be given at check in.
Upon entrance into the home as you make your way to the living room it features a Fireplace, Smart TV for all of your streaming needs, a desk/chair for those needing a work space.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and includes all the amenities to cook a delicious meal.
All the Bedrooms in the home offer Smart TV's, Clean Comfortable Beds & Pillows.
We provide a limited amount of household essentials for you to use when you arrive. However, please note that we DO NOT re-stock these items during your stay. These items include water, coffee, cream/sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, hotel size bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and makeup wipes. We provide Linens, Towels & Washcloths based on the number in your reservation.
The home is perfect for Business Travelers, Friends, Couples and Families of up to 9. Designed with relaxation in mind, our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay at Parents Place and we welcome you back for another visit. Your welcome to enjoy the backyard with a Grill & Fire Pit. However, we do not provide the Fire Wood but you can find at local stores within distance to the home!
