This stylish Kill Devil Hills home offers easy access to bike paths, grocery stores, and restaurants. Features include two king beds, a bonus room with games, beach gear, and family amenities. Upstairs features an open floor plan with fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, and living room with fireplace. Enjoy the sunset views over the sound from the front porch. Three upstairs bedrooms include a king with private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds.

Downstairs offers a second king bedroom with trundle daybed, game room with classic arcade and board games, and a private office space perfect for remote work if needed.

The outdoor space provides multiple areas to enjoy OBX's perfect weather - covered dining for family meals, gas grill for cookouts, and refreshing outdoor shower after beach days. Bay Drive is a short walk away where you'll find a sound beach with a tree swing, Hayman Blvd Gazebo, and a multi-use path along the sound leading to the Wright Brothers Memorial.

Reunion

Great friends and family reunion. The location is excellent between the sound and the beach. It is a short walk to the pier for the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet. The teens enjoyed the game room and the outdoor shower after the beach.

Bush Family Vacation

We had an amazing time at your beach house. Everything we needed was there. Short drive to the beach and shorter walk to the sound. Our daughter and her family own 3 blocks south so we were able to spend time with them as well. Would highly recommend.

Perfect family vacation!

This home is perfect for families and so charming! Loved the decor and extras for the kiddos- game room, books and outdoor area, especially tiki toss! The extra amenities offered such as shampoo, conditioner, soap and facial wipes were a nice touch and the fact they were clean ingredient products was an added bonus for my family! Just a short walk to the sound and quick drive to the beach with plentiful free public parking! This is certainly a family, friendly neighborhood and a nice area surrounded by lots of things to do. Would highly recommend staying here! We are already considering another trip later this year! Owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wow!

This vrbo was excellent!! The house is new, clean and well maintained. On one side there is a wooded lot and across the street there were several wooded lots. I felt like I was in the country while having my outside morning coffee. The beds were great and the towels were the softest I ever felt. When I contacted the owner, they would respond in seconds. The beach is across a busy road, but we always found parking at the Hayman parking access. Would I stay at this VRBO again, YES!!

Perfect OBX spot

Great location between the beach and the sound. Plenty of space for two families and house is located on a great street. Easy bike ride to Duck Donuts in the morning. Everything was great.

Outer Banks Family Get-Away

Property was as advertised. Very new, spotlessly clean, exceptionally appointed throughout. Includes everything you need to walk in and stay for a week. Utensils, Pots, pans, plates glasses silverware, linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, everything is there. We had four adults and five children, there was plenty of room for everybody. Downstairs bedroom, barhroom, living area, game area, is ideal if you have teenagers, the separate space really makes a difference. That level has a separate entrance as well Location is great, walking distance to the bay, very short drive to the beach access, where there’s plentiful free parking. Food Lion in Harris Teeter grocery stores are right up the road, numerous diners, restaurants, coffee shops, that will fit everyone’s taste. Favorite restaurant was Awful Arthur’s oyster bar, which is near the fishing pier. Very casual, beach bar atmosphere, excellent food, and huge portions. Would highly recommend this property, the owners are very engaged and responsive if you need anything

Cute House Great for a Big Family

My siblings and parents get a vacation home together every few years. It’s hard to find a place to fit us all, but this house was perfect! The kids played in the fenced yard and the open floor plan made it easy to be together. The nearby beaches were great for seashells and were never too crowded. There’s also a park you can walk to with the kids. It was all perfect!
