Waterfront Canal Home - Updated Kitchen - TV system and audio system - Florida Style Lanai Screen Room for group gathers (No Bugs to run you inside) - Grill - Hot Tub Refrigerator both levels - access to canal swimming -HOA Pool Private Beach - Always warm temperature water to swim or float in the canal. EZ access steps - Kayak to explore the sound or paddle around the seven canals fronts - You are 3 miles for the Ocean Front -Shops and Restaurant plenty of shops to visit. We have a convenience store nearby for last minute items or to restock beverages or kitchen items. There is a seafood market on the same road that sells fresh catch out of the ocean or a bushel of steam blue crabs. You do not have to fight the traffic or the beach crowds in our community called Colington Harbor - We have a Pool / Tennis or Pickleball Court available. Bring your Boat or Waverunners - We have a dock (depending on size of boat) Lift and Jet Ports you can park your water craft at our dock. House main level has a large facing deck to socialize or wake up in the morning and have your coffee looking over what we call Garber Harbor. Lower Level we have Hot Tub Room with TV and Refridege and our Jimmy Buffett theme Sports Bar with 3 TV and Sound System. This level has a Full Size Refrigerator to stock up your beveages and if you pack for a week, plenty of room to store in the lower level fridge. Kayak are brand new and you can launch them on the Wave Runner dock ( if you don't bring your waverunners) or our floating dock will provide EZ access to the water or paddle board. You will always enjoy the water activity in our harbor or at the private beach. We have lived in our home for 20 years and hope you will enjoy a week here as much as the past guest have. We have most anything you can think of you will need to have the perfect vacation. WiFi - TV - Audio Systems - Private Deck off Master Bedroom - Baths and Showers are on all levels of the house and plenty of parking in our driveway. We think our home is the perfect solution to enjoy the Outer Banks. We only ask that you bring your own liens and towels or we can suggest a service and your supply will be here on your arrival.

My wife and I are 3 season now as a Host with VRBO. We have a wonderful home on the water we call Garber's Harbor. We want to share our home with families that want to enjoy and learn what the OBX area can provide for a fun vacation. We have owned this property for over 20 years and we know you will enjoy the neighborhood and the amenities offered in our harbor. We have our own beach and community pool. Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball courts. If you have a boat or wave runner we have a boat ramp available and we have a lot of dock space. Easy access to our canal to swim or float. And we have Kayaks for your use to paddle around the 7 canals that make up Colington Harbor. My wife Debby also does the cleaning in our house and we live about 2 miles away when you are using our home if you have any issue or needs for supply. It is our goal to make sure you have a fun experience staying at our place at Garber Harbor
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Waterfront home that has 3 living levels. Lower level is our entertainment level with our screen in bar grill area. TV sports bar setup or music system to set the mood in our Jimmy Buffet Key West theme bar. It is also were we have our Hot Tub with it's own TV and sound system. Our main living level has our dinning rooms and kitchen centered between 2 living rooms. Plenty of room for relaxing and sitting around for conversation or puzzles or cards and the other living room area has our TV Audio System. This level also has a large deck for outside drinks and conversation and to watch all the boaters floating by. Looking over the canal and watching the water can add to the trip in saying we can just relax and enjoy what the day offers right here on our deck.

There are many homes you can choose from, but we offer water front canal home. Bring your boat or wave runners kayak or paddle boards or use ours. Go to our pool or play pickleball or tennis. And plenty of rooms to just be to yourself if you need the ME time. Everything including the beach is within 3 mile ride. Plus we have local restaurant on Colington Road and you don't have to go out and manage the traffic. We offer Friday to Friday check-in and Check-out which gives you time to beat the weekend traffic and still able to get home and have some weekend to unwind from your fun at OBX We think you will enjoy our home and thanks for your consideration, as we know you have many choices here in OBX
