El edificio fue construido en 2005, por lo que todo es nuevo y fresco. Estacionamiento, elevador seguro en el lobby, unidades espaciosas y totalmente equipadas. 2 dormitorios, principal con cama queen y t. v. el área común es espaciosa. Cocina totalmente equipada TV por cable con reproductores de DVD. 3 puertas corredizas en el patio a un gran balcón con vista al centro de Baltimore y al océano. Capacidad máxima de 6 personas. Estacione y camine a todas las atracciones, playa, paseo marítimo, restaurantes, marinas, tiendas. Alojamiento agradable, ubicación conveniente. alquilamos semanarios de viernes a viernes, o mini semanas de viernes a lunes o de lunes a viernes.

Perfect location for music festival

This couldn’t have been a better location for the Boardwalk Rock music festival. Mark & Cindy were very responsive, check in was nice & easy, place is exactly as described. Great experience, highly recommend.

Will definitely be coming back! The host was amazing and easy to communicate with. Location was amazing and near plenty of bars/stores/shops and steps from the boardwalk. Had our own parking, elevator access and a huge balcony. The space was much larger than it looks online. Would’ve appreciated the condo providing towels/sheets but not the end of the world since we knew in advance to bring our own!

Plenty of space to spread out, and at the same time good space to gather together. Decent view of fireworks on Friday night was a pleasant surprise!

Best location!

Fantastic location, close to everything! Great view of the fireworks! Bring a white noise machine to drowned out the street noise. Best stay we’ve ever had in OC. Will be back!

Convenience and Ocean View

With health issues that keep me from walking too far, it was perfect! With twin grandsons who love to walk the entire length of the boardwalk, it was perfect! Although we had all the equipment to cook in the condo, we were very near my favorite restaurant, plus vacation for me is eating out.

2nd Visit

This is mine and my kids 2nd year staying at Mark and Cindy’s property and we felt right at home…again! You simply cannot beat the view from the balcony which extends the length of the apartment. You are in walking distance of the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and excursions! The apartment is exceptionally clean, updated and cozy! We look forward to another stay in the future!

Ocean City Vacation

The condo was clean and was in a great location to the boardwalk and beach. Covered parking was also very convenient. We had one minor issue which the landlord graciously helped us to resolve in a very timely fashion which was not an issue with the landlord. We had a great time!

Before school trip

Came for a quick before school trip. The condo was a short walk to to boardwalk and rides. And although it was so close it was still relatively quiet. Check in was quick and smooth. The condo clean and roomy.

Great Place

Spacious and clean, the apartment was wonderful. Check in was easy, and the location was perfect - just across the street from the boardwalk. The only issue I had… which was not the apartment; due to the location people outside were very loud, very late at night. But I should have realized that when you’re next to everything, everyone will be there! The stay was great. I’d stay there again!

Perfect for Families

If you’re looking to enjoy the rides and beach with kids, I can’t think of a more ideal place to stay. - Plenty of room for a family - Super close to the rides and arcades - Large balcony with water view - Deep parking space for up to two vehicles - Hose to wash off sand outside - Secure entrance - Washer and dryer - Literally on top of Dunkin’ Donuts The only downside I can think of is the noisy street, but we brought sound machines and our kids never woke up once from the outside noise. We’d love to stay here again.

Great condo!

Great location, very short (easy) walk to the boardwalk, beach, stores, bars and restaurants. The unit was clean and everything functioning. The parking and elevator are very convenient, as is the Dunkin Donuts on the ground floor. Owners are easy to work with. Quick return of my deposit. Will definitely stay again.

Home away from home

My kids and I were never in Ocean City before and I am confident I picked the perfect place to stay. The listing doesn’t even do this place justice. Beautiful views, clean, spacious, updated TVs (which we didn’t use but still), laundry, very easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Covered parking/parking spot. We felt right at home.and hope to make this our annual trip and place to stay. Highly recommend!

Great location!

This condo was perfect for myself and two teens. It was more spacious than I expected and the balcony with ocean view stretched the entire length of the condo. Loved the off street parking under the building that kept the car out of the sun. This condo is on the top floor so no overhead noise and the elevator is super spacious and fast. Great location for teens and younger children as H2O is half a block down the street and the pier with all the rides is a block away.

Nice Condo convenient to OC inlet

Although we didn't spend much time in the condo, I would definitely consider staying here again. The parking space is large as advertised with space for two mid to large SUVs. The place was clean and felt comfortable with all the amenities that we could need. The condo was walking distance to everywhere we needed to be all weekend. I would say the only downside is the location across the street from a popular bar that gets a little rowdy on a weekend and being along the strip of Baltimore Ave where the hot rods make their exhaust sing between the inlet parking lot and Route 50.

Great Location

Easy communication and check in process. Top floor condo with large balcony. If you want to be within the action this is a great place. Within walking distance to nearly everything. Off street and covered parking. Now to the negative. Had a strong marijuana smell on my floor for an entire day and night though the building is non smoking. Not sure if it was a renter or a permanent tenant. Overall a good place to stay.

As advertised

Our stay was for the OC Cruise Car Show. The location was absolutely perfect. The inlet was across the street. The apartment was very clean. The feel of it was like walking back in time to an episode of Golden Girls. I’m guessing that due to C-19, you are required to bring your own bedding and towels, which made packing a chore and we do not have these size beds at home, so we had to purchase for a one time use. The nightlife can be very loud. There is a bar across the street, cars driving down the strip, and the amusement rides provide lots of screams. But for us, that was okay since we expected it. There are ONLY 2 things I would change: 1. The size of the bed in the master. My husband is larger and we were unable to fit in the bed together, which is not how we wanted to spend our time while there. 2. There are no curtains in the bedroom, only blinds. The room was very bright at night. The owners were EXTREMELY attentive! That was a huge plus for us. All in all, the apartment was great. The balcony was nice (but watch for seagulls trying to sneak in) There is designated parking and the location access is secure for tenant use only. We never heard any other tenants.
