Breakers East 102-Gulf Front 2 BR/2 BA/Covered Parking- Beach setup included

Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #102 is a very spacious unit remodeled 2023 two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 1st floor of the breakers east on the beach. Reserved, covered parking space on ground level directly beneath the condo for your convenience. Spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room.

Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: Master bedroom- King size bed blackout drapes, cable TV. Second bedroom has two queen sizes beds.
Kitchen fully equipped. Full size washer and dryer in condo.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella)- (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Wonderful Family Fun

We had a wonderful stay at your place! We came in 2 days early for our week long vacation and could have stayed here the entire time. Beautiful decor, close to the beach and pool. Would love to stay again.

Destin beach condo

Check-in was a breeze. Covered parking spot was nice and directly underneath the condo. Very spacious and well appointed unit for the three of us. Balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Private beach access with a daily beach setup of an umbrella and two chairs. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved!

We enjoyed every single moment. The condo was gorgeous. We loved the private pool, gated parking, quiet beach access and the chairs and umbrella included. Communication was awesome. We will definitely be back!

Classy, convenient, condo!

This condo was everything I wanted and more. Steps away to a private beach area. Gorgeous ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. I loved the seating area in the master bath. The interior design was very classy. The kitchen was very spacious and beautifully designed. The beds were very comfortable too. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops. We walked to Alvin's souvenir shop. The nearby covered parking spot was an added bonus. We thoroughly appreciated the additional umbrell and two chairs they reserved for us during our stay as well. We'll be back again!

We had a fabulous condo. It was clean, decorated beautifully and perfect location. We have visited Destin many times and this was the nicest Condo we have ever experienced. We will be back!

Perfect Beach Stay

So convenient with parking and staircase right at our door for easy access to beach. Heated pool and balcony were an added bonus. Ocean view was amazing from inside. Spacious and just perfect. We will be back!

Great condo!

Beautiful condo! Pictures are current on site and was even nicer in person. The location was wonderful as it was just one flight down the stairs - no need to wait on the elevator. We will be back for sure!

Excellent Choice

The condo was spacious and clean. Amazing views! Very relaxing and close to everything. Cushions on the balcony furniture made it very comfortable to relax outside. Couldn't get the coffee maker to work but if that's the worse thing that happens on vacation there's simply not a problem :)

Beach Bliss!

We are traditionally an Outer Banks, NC vacation family. We decided to try Destin this year and chose to stay at the Breakers East. We typically rent a single family home on the beach so a condo stay for us was a little out of the norm and we were a tad apprehensive. We couldn't have been more pleased with the Breakers East and the staff. The conditions from top to bottom were as advertised and exceeded our expectations. The beach was beautiful, the water was crystal clear, the chair service was prompt and courteous, the pool was clean and warm, the grills were cleaned daily, the grounds were very well maintained. I cannot think of a single thing that was not everything we had hoped for. We were so pleased that we have booked another stay for September in the same unit. For the price and convenience Breakers East is a WIN! Thank you from my family to yours.

Great experience!

This unit was great! It was as described and photographed! Very convenient to parking, elevator, and stairs. Literally steps from the pool and the emerald water of the gulf. Beach chair service was perfect. So nice to not have to worry about our beach spot! Balcony is nice and large. Peaceful for morning coffee and wine in the evening! We will definitely be back!

Loved it!

This was my first trip to Destin, so I wanted something that was close to the beach, but not on the 10th floor of a hotel, and this definitely fit the bill! The condo was beautiful, location was perfect and easily accessible from the covered parking. The balcony had a great view of the beach and pool. The rooms were clean and updated, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and I loved the master shower! The location was great; the traffic was not! I would definitely book this unit again!

Fun stay!

Only issues were only having one trash bag and there was no laundry detergent for a week stay. Thankfully we had trash bags in the car and brought on our beach towels (we would've ran out of clean towels), so it was a mood killer. Otherwise, the family had a great time! The condo was comfortable and had a great view from the balcony. The complimentary chairs and umbrella were nice to have on the beach and were truly appreciated!

Great location, easy access to beach, lowest level condo!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Breakers East and this condo was located on the first floor (the lowest level) and was very easy to get to using either the elevator or stairs. It was very easy to get our luggage to, as well as very easy to get to the beach or the pool with little ones!! The condo was clean and well kept and we enjoyed our week stay. I will note that aside from grocery shopping (if you plan to cook alot there) make sure you have foil, salt, pepper and any little things you may possibly need. This condo worked perfect for our family of 6 and we were extremely happy we booked Breakers East, as the beach wasn't nearly as crowded there compared to some of the others. We would definitely go back and stay again! Destin is beautiful ❤️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at Breakers East, but our first time in a first-floor unit—and we were really impressed! The condo was very clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway.Being on the first floor made things incredibly convenient. We had easy access to the stairs and elevator, and since the first floor is actually on the second level, we still enjoyed a great beach view from the balcony.Speaking of the balcony—it was extra spacious with plenty of seating, which was perfect for morning coffee, evening sunsets, and everything in between.The unit itself is roomy and comfortable, and a big bonus was the large ice maker. It kept our coolers full every day, which saved us time and money when packing drinks and snacks for the beach.One small note for future guests: the corner cabinet near the stove can accidentally bump the stove knobs when opened, so just be cautious when using that space.Overall, we had another fantastic stay and would definitely book this unit again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great location right on the beach!

Great location!

Property is wonderful. We had stayed in the spring with my sister and brother in law, liked it so much we went back again. Last time the dryer wasn’t working right but noticed a new dryer this stay and it worked very well. Also when we arrived this time there was no toilet paper but thinking that when they cleaned the room they had just gotten sidetracked and had forgotten to replace the empty rolls. I will say that the screens all need repaired and some painting of the actual property needs done as well, but as for our room and the property it was clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location.Appliances extremely old. If you are planning to cook your meals, that’s not for you. Sofa looks like was found in a dumpster, unit smells old.
