Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 1st floor condo located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30 ft balcony with spectacular views.

Master bedroom suite features king size bed, blackout drapes, 32 "TV with standard local cable channels.
Master bathroom with walk in shower & single vanity
Second bedroom features 2 queen beds, 32"TV with standard local cable channels.
Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination with single vanity
Living room has 50" Samsung TV with standard local cable channels, 1 queen sleeper sofa
Fully equipped kitchen (including small maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.

Complimentary WIFI

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

The dolphin condo

We were lucky enough to have a visit from a large pod of dolphins who swam by just a stone's throw from the shore one morning. My young daughter will forever remember this property as "The Dolphin Condo". Everything was as described. Great property for my family.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was very nice and had plenty of room for my family of 8. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The balcony has so much space and a great view. The location is ocean front and is located in the center of so many activities and places to eat.

Cold weather but had a great time.

The weather was bad but had a great time with friends putting together a puzzle. I really liked the location it was very convenient to the attractions we wanted to see. I really liked the layout of the condo.

Great Place / Great Management

Beautiful condo in a central location. The private beach was not crowded and the rental included 2 chairs set up and reserved all day. There are not a lot of units in the building and elevators are fast. Parking is convenient located just below the unit. The team at the management company was fantastic. Great communication during Hurricane Helene.

Beautiful Week Just PERFECT!!

Run and book!! Don’t think twice about this each. We had “littles” (1, 3, 8 year olds) and the location was absolute perfection. Plenty of room; nicely decorated; quality comfort. Just PERFECT. Big beautiful kitchen with everything you will need! Plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. Comfy beds, quality bedding. Definitely coming back i hope. Property is managed well, kept clean; again, just PERFECT for our family. Location, location, location….. beach , just PERFECT! Thank you!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as it described. I loved that it had its own covered parking and was easy to access from the room. Plenty of room in this condo. The only issue was with the beach chair service. They try to act like they own the beach when the beach is public up to the high tide line. You are allowed to sit your personal chairs in front of the beach service as long as you are on the public beach area.

The beds were super comfortable (so much so that we peeled back the fitted sheet to see what kind of mattress it was so we can buy one for home lol). The condo was plenty big for all 6 of us. The huge balcony was great for relaxing and air drying all your beach stuff. There were a few things I wish the kitchen had, but they didn't, but it wasn't a huge deal.

Unfortunately they were jackhammering directly under our condo for a day. So we went for a drive. Also the twin beds were a bit tired n lumpy place needs a little maintenance, most of the knobs need tightening on almost every handle in the place. But we will be back for sure

Covered parking space was right next to the stairs and the unit is on first floor which makes going to and from the unit very easy. The beach is amazing and not over crowded like the public beaches are. Very nice with the 2 chairs and umbrella down at the beach included with the room. We only had to carry down a few things with us to the beach. The overall location is great too. Within walking distance of many chain restaurants and places. If you drive to places, just be aware that there’s tons of traffic and can take some time getting around.

The view from the balcony was just amazing. We enjoyed having our coffee while looking at the ocean. The location of condo is great too; right in the heart of Destin and close to many restaurants and stores. We even took the family to the big kahuna water park for the day which is walking distance from the condo. Overall, very happy with our stay and we look forward to coming back soon!
