Super Clean with Good Views of the Mountains

We enjoyed staying here. Property was very clean, and its a nice neighborhood. It's a ways into Yuma, 15 minutes, but relaxing to be out in the foothills.

Nice and quiet out of the way.

Very cleanly property. Definitely enjoyed our stay. It was brief but it was perfect to be away from the middle of town.

Lovely little place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Nice and quiet with an amazing view! There are other homes on either side but the back is open to the wash so did not feel boxed in at all. My wife and I and two little boys stayed here for 6 nights while visiting my parents. The courtyard was totally enclosed so the little boys could play safely without escaping. The Casita was perfect for parents in law who joined us for a few nights. We had everything we needed, was very clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. Very relaxing.The host was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had.Would stay here again!

Desert Getaway

The property was very lovely, clean and quiet, a very nice place for us to visit with our grandchildren. I would rent again. Back yard area has nice desert views of mountains and sunsets, birds singing in the afternoon and a wonderful outdoor table area. Plenty of off street parking for our vehicles and boat. Check-in notification from property managment arrived after the check-in time and property owner was able to send someone over quickly to assist with entry. The only real concern is that the property indicates that it is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with an additional "1br/1ba casita" available for an additional cost. This is not accurate. The main home is 1br/1ba and there is a 1br/1ba casita. This home shouldn't have more than 4 guests unless they are outside in a motorhome. We had a baby in a portacrib and our 6 year old slept on the recliner couch. (Listing should be changed to be a 1br/1ba with additional casita for rent).

Not what we thought

The house looked beautiful at first and had an amazing view but as you went through, you could tell that cleaners only did partial cleans. The linens had obviously not been washed. The pillow shams had crusty something on them and the pillow cases had brown marks. I was not comfortable sleeping on them so I changed them myself with some that I found in the cabinet. The pillows felt like they were the cheapest on the market. Completely uncomfortable. The second bedroom is not even in the house. It is in an outside building that had its own air conditioning. When this was turned on there was a terrible, I mean awful rotten egg smell that was so bad that I was not comfortable having my 18 year old son sleep in there. So he spent 3 days on the sofa. We contacted the owner and were told that it had a musty smell when it had not been used in awhile. You are told that before check out you need to wash all your dishes. Not usually a problem. But this is a place that has no dishwasher. My question is, What am I pay an ungodly cleaning fee for? I would not stay here ever again.

"Our Home away from Home"

This was our second experience here. It iis truly very well kept and shiny clean..with classy huge veranda that has stunning views .totally private .overlooking mountains. Beautiful. We are doing dental treatment in Mexico.and looking forward to coming again.recommended to friends! Yum!

gorgeous view, privacy and peaceful well kept home

We loved the clean home and kitchen and stunning patio, which was huge! And overlooking mountains and sophisticated, dramatic lighting! The only disappointment was that we had the distinct impression of the home being 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Actually was one and one! there is a separate unit can rent out of r the others. Otherwise was absolutely beautiful We would definitely recommend, especially if in season when not too hot! Newly reonovated, very clean and welcoming and comfortable..
