ENTIRE TOWNHOUSE - UTC/La Jolla BEAUTY!, Location!
This is a super convenient and an easy location. Parking is feet away from the front door for easy in and out access. This area is filled with trees, parks - beach, restaurant and shops close. This was my wife's home when she lived in San Diego and attended UCSD - it holds a lot of great memories. We want this to feel like a special place for all of our guests.
Our home has been beautifully remodeled with designer tile in both the kitchen and bathroom and comfortable furniture and stylish décor. We have taken great care in making this space comfortable for your stay including luxury new beds and linens. We have provided a new 50” Samsung TV with various channels, including Showtime, Disney and more. WIFI is dedicated to your unit, for your exclusive use.
This is a two story townhouse with both bedrooms and bathroom located upstairs. We have provided a desk space for a designated workspace with an added cabinet. There is a whole house fan as well as two portable air conditioners and ceiling fans.
The grounds of the community are sprawling with green space just outside your door as well as walking paths throughout. We are located within a private community with parks, a pool, playgrounds and a dog park close by.
Guest access
You will have the entire home to yourself during your stay. Easy parking. There is parking for two cars as well as community guest parking. The garage space is a shared garage (you have 1 space in the garage) as well as one driveway space. The laundry is guest paid (1.25 a load) within the garage.
