Remodeled & Spacious! It’s Beautiful!

Remodeled and shows great! You will love this very comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. You will enjoy the open floorplan that will accommodate you and a guest to hang out for dinner, or watch your favorite movie together! It's clean, it's bright, and refreshing!

The location is amazing! Watch the sunset every night from the cliffs, which is a 2 minute walk to the end of the block!

This is a first floor unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. Very open and spacious floorplan all on one level! Smell the Pacific Ocean in the air and listen to the waves crashing into the cliffs from the front of the property! The location is great offering a short (15 minute) walk to Newport Avenue into downtown Ocean Beach, or a short (15 minute) walk to Sunset Cliffs! Go to the sandy beach at tower 2 at the end of Newport Avenue, and then grab lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants in OB! The property is located on a dead end street just two minutes to the end of the block for the evening sunset!

The online description is accurate. Marc, our host, was excellent with communications. We had one minor issue that he resolved. The unit was clean. The kitchen, which we only used for breakfast, was nice and stocked well enough for 2 adults. We did two loads of laundry one evening and the washer and dryer worked well. As stated by others, there is a full time resident in a unit above you, but we only heard footsteps a few times. The designated parking space was greatly appreciated. We would stay here again. The short walk to the end of the road to see the ocean and watch the sunset was the best part! (Note: There are three windows on one side, but we kept the blinds closed due to the proximity of the neighboring building. The unit is separated from it by a sidewalk and fence, but it is multiple stories.) This was not an issue for us because we were gone most of the day and sunset was on the early side this time of year.

The unit was as stated. 1/2 block to a beautiful lookout over the ocean and 15 min walk to the sands of the beaches. Travel to the sights of San Diego using back streets made getting around easy. Check-in was simple all done with a quick phone call. Parking was nice that the unit had its own space. I did not use much of the unit such as the appliances or TV. Two dinning chairs had the top support missing but I did not use them during my stay. The AC provided great cooling but got stuck in a mode and I could not figure out how to clear it. I could have called Marc but the weather was nice enough I did not really need it.

Great Small Ocean Beach Couples Retreat Property

We had a wonderful stay. The property was just as depicted in the photo and perfect for what we envisioned - Quaint Couples Retreat. Well apportioned with all the comforts of home. We particularly liked the stack washer/dryer in the bedroom closet area. Very quiet location and a 1/2 mile walk to the small Ocean Beach San Diego surf town - lots of cool restaurants and eclectic antique shopping. Less than a 1 minute walk to Sunset Cliffs nearby was great. The location is perfect for exploring San Diego. Mr. Rose is a great host. Easy to contact and responsive.

Good location

This was a nice stay for a quick trip. The location is very central to the beach and most attractions. Check-in was super easy and quick, as Marc was very communicative and able to accommodate an earlier check in. The off street parking spot was a big plus as this is a very popular area.

Perfect Getaway

This place was so clean and had every amenity you can think of. The location was perfect to go watch a beautiful San Diego sunset and also close to restaurants and grocery stores. The designated parking spot was a huge plus also! The host, Marc, was so easy to work with and texted throughout the trip to make sure everything was ok and asked if we needed anything. I even made a last minute request to extend our stay by one night, and within the hour, I had confirmation that we could. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy San Diego!!

Marc was a great host. He had everything set up for us and communicated with me the whole time. This place was more than we could expect. If you’re ever in San Diego and want to stay by the beach, Marc‘s place is where you wanna be.

Very close to the ocean

Very comfortable and clean place. Definitely enjoyed my stay. A couple of minutes from the ocean. Also very close to great restaurants, and convenient stores. Great neighborhood, and an assigned parking space. Great response from Marc . Would stay there again!

Great stay in great location

This property is ideally located in Ocean Beach — close to the beach and Sunset Cliffs, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Newport Ave. The unit itself was nicely decorated and well equipped. The King bed is a rare commodity in the area and this one was very comfortable. The property owner was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and checking in on us. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely Comfortable and Quiet

Great place to stay. Unit was well equipped and extremely comfortable in a great neighborhood. Could easily walk to all the attractions and views Ocean Beach offers. Having a designated parking spot was also a plus as street parking appeared to be minimal. Marc (host) was also very responsive, and provided lots of great recommendations in the Welcome Packet.

My husband and I had a very good stay in Ocean Beach. We loved how easily we could walk to Sunset Cliffs, Newport Ave restaurants and shops, and to watch the sunset at the end of the block. The property was very clean and felt safe and quiet. Reasonable drive time to most areas in San Diego.

Perfect spot in Ocean Beach

A great and cozy place to stay. It was clean, bed was very comfortable, and had all we needed for a 3 night stay. Easy walk to beaches, restaurants from the apartment. Marc is an excellent communicator and was kind to check in on us to see if we needed anything. Sunsets are a fabulous bonus while staying here. Would definitely come back.

Everything was in order from the check-in process through the amenities at the unit. Off street parking, great location just a few doors down from the ocean. Wonderful stay in Sunset Cliffs

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the location. Great neighborhood for walking. Close to local restaurants and stores. The unit was well maintained, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Marc was incredibly helpful with recommendations and excellent at communicating all essential details.
