Welcome to your new favorite vacation spot! Grand Caribbean East 308 is perfectly situated in the Crystal Beach area of Destin on pedestrian friendly Scenic Hwy 98! Walk, run, bring/rent scooters or bikes, rent a golf cart if you like and enjoy this “small beach town” feeling just moments from all the action of Destin!

This gorgeous and trendy 3rd (top) floor condo boasts stunning Gulf views and is steps from the beach.

There is a king bed in the bedroom and twin bunks in the hallway.

There is a (new 2023!) washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs with cable also in the living room (NEW 55” as of June 2024!), bedroom, in BOTH bunks (only unit in the building with this!!) and high speed WiFi! Brand new couch and chairs April 2025! Parking is conveniently located just behind the complex.

The heated pool and hot tub are available to enjoy year-round!

You will love the proximity to the crystal clear waters of the Gulf and the powdery white sand as well as quick access to endless restaurants, shopping and entertainment! Many cafes, restaurants and shops are even within walking distance! We can't wait for you to experience and fall in love with Grand Caribbean East 308!

**THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY (a designated smoking area is in the parking lot)**

**Please be aware that the building does not have an elevator and this unit is located on the 3rd floor**

**We provide just enough essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to get you through your first day - please come prepared with these items or plan to purchase!**

308 Condo was an amazing little condo. VERY clean. The view was nice, able to see the water/beach.It worked PERFECTLY for our family of 4. Its located on the 3rd floor. Seen some other tenants use a hook and rope to hoist up groceries and lighter items. Our host was the BEST. Communication was fabulous. Super fast at responding. Gave some great recommendations to the area.Location was really convenient to everything. Ready to go back to the same place next summer.... HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

4th of July week!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!We had a wonderful stay at Grand Caribbean East in Destin! The condo was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach is just steps away and truly stunning—white sand, clear water, and not overly crowded. We also loved spending time at the pool, which was peaceful and well-maintained.The location is great—close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, but still quiet enough to feel like a true getaway. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Destin Vacation

We had a great stay in Destin! The location was absolutely ideal—close to everything we needed but still felt peaceful and relaxing. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel super comfortable right away. We especially loved the pool and the surrounding area—it was perfect for both relaxing and spending time with the kids. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Extremely comfortable for a family of four with teenage kids. Fun decor, right across the street from the beach all conveniences are available in this condo including TVs in each person’s space (even each bunk bed) with streaming apps, fully accessorized kitchen with a dishwasher, and washer and dryer. This is our second stay here. It is also extremely clean and the owner is very responsive for any questions.

Weekend Getaway

We loved that it was a smaller building, stairs aren’t bad at all. The room is right by the stairs as well. Beautiful view, loved the hot tub, and the whole vibe of the condo. Easy access to beach, don’t miss Camille’s right down the street for coffee, then hop straight over to the beach for sunrise!

Wonderful!

Perfect condo with zero complaints! Host was very responsive. Loved drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. Everything you need is close by. Be sure and check out Henderson Beach State Park while you are there.

The perfect getaway

We had an absolutely amazing time here and love how easy accessible the beach amenities were. There was plenty to do around and we didn’t have to always take our cart being so close. Very clean and has everything you need. The kids loved the beds with the tv.thank you we will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach condo

Stayed here for a work conference and brought my family along. My 12 and 13 year-olds loved the bunkbeds with private TVs. Short walk across the street to the beach with beach views from the balcony. The condo was extremely comfortable, including the beds and full access kitchen with dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. The condo has everything you would need in the kitchen to prepare meals and clean up efficiently. The condo is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Condo was very clean.

Our new favorite

We stay at a Grand Caribbean condo every time we visit Destin. We love the location. There are fewer people than the high rises and we prefer that. The condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Be prepared for stairs 😊 The condo is so cute. The photos are accurate and it has such a fun vacation vibe. My husband said the bed is the best he’s slept in (more comfortable than ours at home). We spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony. Comfy chairs and nice view of the beach. Perfect place to people watch, have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Condo has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks Laura for sharing your special place.

Great vacation!

We have stayed at the Grand Caribbean several times, but this was our first time in this unit. It was very clean and the decorations were fun. We loved the new chairs on the balcony. The kids loved that there were tvs on both of the bunk beds. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay again!

Great little beach condo

We love the Crystal Beach community and visit twice a year. This is the first time staying at this condo and it was just perfect. A short walk to the beach and the heated pool at the complex made our family happy all week. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for our vacation and the owner was great with communication and responded immediately when I had a few questions before check in. Internet service was a little spotty but I think that was caused by the storms we had during the week, so not much anyone can do about that. We were successful resetting the modem when we needed to. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was fun and beachy! Definitely a new happy place for us to stay next time we return in the fall!

Beautiful condo/views of the gulf/pool view

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. It is very clean and it is decorated so nicely! We loved the views of the Gulf! Just a quick stroll across the street and we were at the beautiful beach! I loved the area, it is very safe and very active! A great place if you love to run, walk or bike. We definitely plan to return sometime! We were happy all around! The host was amazing!

Beautiful views from Balcony

The condo was easy to find, very clean, and perfect size. The pictures are very accurate. Everything was in working order in the condo. Much easier to check-in from the back parking lot than from the front (pool side). We lucked out with fine early March weather with sunny skies, low humidity, and temps in the 70’s. The host (Laura) was extremely prompt with questions and help when needed.

Great First Trip in Destin!

We had a great stay here! Smooth and straightforward check-in and check-out process, and we felt very safe. Just a short 2 min walk and you’re on the beach! I’m sure it’s absolutely beautiful in the warmer months. Laura provided us restaurant recommendations and was available to answer any questions we had!

We chose this property because of it's stunning views of the ocean, the super short walk across the street to the beach and because it's just such a beautiful area where you can walk to many restaurants if you choose and plenty of entertainment, shopping and more is just a short drive! This area of Destin, Crystal Beach on Scenic Hwy 98, has it's own "small beach town feel"; there are no high rises in this area, there are runners, bikers, walkers and golf carts buzzing around most of the time! It's just a happy, peaceful, gorgeous little slice of heaven!
