Choosing River Row Suites offers comforts of home: one king bed, one queen pull-out sofa, a full kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher), cookware, dish soap, toaster, coffee maker, iron, electric kettle, microwave, linens, towels, shower dispenser (shampoo, conditioner, soap), water filtration, cable TV, high-speed WiFi, and a starter bag of PennyCup coffee. Arrival instructions will be emailed 24 hours before check-in. A crib and high chair are available at no charge (contact for availability). This pet-friendly ground floor unit has a $50 fee. On-site coin laundry is available.

A great place to stay. Was very clean and very roomy for a studio. Felt new and had everything we needed. Comfortable sofa and bed. Very pet friendly with places to walk your dog. This unit was right on the first floor, no stairs and parking was (most of the time) available right outside the door.

Great location in the River Art District/west Asheville. Conviently located about 8 minutes from downtown and 5 from west Asheville. Clean, comfy bed, nice bathroom.

Clean and comfortable

Good location for visiting downtown, Biltmore, and arts areas. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Cleanliness is especially important for us and this was very clean. If you like beer, it is conveniently located across the street, within walking distance, to New Belgium Brewing. We would stay here again 100%

Quiet but safe.

Extremely beautiful place with a huge window that has Black out curtains! Come night the place has nice lights to light the place up. Also had a Christmas tree for the holidays which was nice.All basic necessities were there and much more.

We were just in town for one night for a concert. We didn't want the hassle of hotel parking, check in, elevators or tons of people and noise. This was perfect!

Awesome property

Nice, clean, modern condo across street from New Belgium Brewery. Numerous other breweries and excellent restaurants within 2 mile radius. Property was clean both inside and out. Parking in rear of building right outside your door. Inside is well maintained and well equipped. We had issue with our TV. Called agent and she was there within 15 minutes. She could not fix the issues, so she went and bought a new television and installed it while we were out. She then checked back with us later to verify TV was working property. Excellent property and highly recommend River Row Flats when visiting Asheville.

The space was perfect for my husband & me. We loved the location. Very convenient to downtown & the river walk. Nancy was great at communicating. Just note this unit is animal friendly. This is something I missed when booking. Thank you for your hospitality.

Overall the property was nice; however, the soap dispenser in the shower was not working. Also, there were ants coming out of the container holding the kleenex box on the sink. We had stayed in many different properties in the past and had never been asked to load and start the dishwasher, thought that would be cove by the cleaning fee included in the price.

River Row Flats is owned by two local entrepreneurs who love Asheville and who are deeply involved in the local community, including the arts and outdoors scenes. Coming from the real estate and construction businesses (Jody Guokas owns JAG Construction and Mike Figura owns Mosaic Realty), when the opportunity to do a larger project came up, they jumped on the opportunity and hired a professional property manager, Nancy Chick, who has years of experience running and managing hotels.

We built River Row Flats to offer a boutique hotel experience in the River Arts District. Realizing that there was a lack of lodging in the River Arts District, and that many people who are coming to Asheville want to be in an urban walkable area but not necessarily in downtown Asheville, we picked a location across the street from New Belgium Brewing and on the new Greenway system, and we designed a small modern hotel that blends with the surrounding area.

All the modern amenities you need, in a comfortable, urban setting. Tall windows and pops of color keep the interior light and bright. Blackout curtains and cozy bedding ensure a good night's sleep. Close to all Asheville has to offer.
