Perfect accomodation for our 1 nighter

Great location for walking to the River Arts district, West Asheville, and the riverfront greenway! Max Patch was exceptionally clean and the decor is aesthetically pleasing. Everything you need is there: full kitchen, dinnerware, glassware, coffee maker with coffee, tea and kettle, really good chocolate, mouthwash, flossers, and so forth. The TV was easy to control! Easy to air out with the sliding glass. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

Great location! Didn’t take longer than 5 minutes to get to downtown! The only reason I don’t give it a 5 is that it was a little loud being so close to a main road. Would probably bring a sound machine next time to block out noise.

Great loft 5 mins from downtown Asheville

We found it very easy to park and spread out in this very new and clean loft. It was only 5 mins to drive to downtown Asheville and very convenient to get to hiking areas and the Biltmore. We loved the coffee provided as well! Thanks for a great stay!

Ideal room for short trip

Clean, safe, and comfortable. Communication was great, all the info needed was provided to make this a stress free stay. Unbelievable for the price, you won't regret booking here.

RAD Ashville

Great location in the middle of the River Arts District. Very clean and comfortable unit, new and modern. Hot water is in short supply, be very efficient in the shower!! We discovered ants in the kitchen, we did not cook or eat in the unit bit they were there.

Overall a good experience

The location was surprisingly close to downtown. Although we didn’t walk it, I think you could. The place was clean and as described. The only complaint we had was that it wasn’t as comfortable as it could be. We’d personally prefer a small 2-4 person table to eat at or play a game. Also, the couch wasn’t great to sit on likely due to being a sleeper. Overall would stay again.

Everything we needed

My husband and daughter (6mos) stayed in this property for 2 nights. It had everything that we needed and very clean and new. Very close to downtown and walking distance to New Belgium Brewery. Met Nancy, the property manger, and was very friendly and informative. Will stay again in the future!

Perfect Getaway

Very clean and comfortable. I was only there for a few nights but I could have easily stayed a month in this place. There are several breweries within walking distance including New Belgium Brewery which is right across the street and is a must stop. The river is across the street and has nice walking and biking trials. I walked to downtown each day which was a quick 25 minute walk through neighborhoods. I looked forward to coming back home to this place each night. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Asheville.

Very clean property. No doubt they paid attention to the little things. Property Manager Nancy was great to communicate with and was very prompt with any concerns. Will definetly stay here again.

The Right Spot

The location of River Row Flats could not have been better. We were central to the River Arts Walk and could leave the flat, jump on our bicycles and move along the river bicycle trail visiting all of the art studios along the way. Given we are ‘older’, it was a short drive to most everything else; downtown, the Biltmore, the arboretum, the Blue Ridge Parkway, etc. The flat was perfect; clean, commodious, modern and with a view to the river and the New Belgium Craft Brewery! This was a great place to stay and one we will be coming back to when we visit Asheville again.

west asheville adventures start here

great spot if you're interested in exploring west asheville, the river arts district, and the biking/walking trails along the french broad. The river row flats offer pretty much everything you could ask for, very clean, essential amenities, easy check-in/out, although if you're looking for a place of total calm and tranquility, you might look elsewhere. that said, we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend to others.

Great location!

This studio was perfect for our needs. It was super clean with a well equipped kitchen. Very close to downtown but tucked in a quiet spot across the river from River Arts District. We'll definitely stay here again.

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance to the River Arts District, River Row Flats is centrally located to most of Asheville's most loved attractions. We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
