The suite was clean and neat. Supplies were handy and/or easy to find - towels, extra blankets, etc. The check-in process was easy. Nancy (the host) was quick in her responses and easy to communicate. The location was convenient for visiting Biltmore Estate (the reason for our visit), but the actually location was not picturesque. There is an industrial complex across the street and a good view of the highway. Our biggest issue was the very loud HVAC system. Even though the details of room 301 warns you that light sleepers should not rent this room, it does not really do justice to how loud the system actually is. Sleeping was not really the problem, but we had to turn the TV up quite loud to hear it over the roar of the system every time it turned on. If you do rent in this complex, I would not stay on the 3rd floor.

Great location, follow the host guide to locate, easy access, very clean and comfortable. 3rd floor room was a little noisy with mechanical noise. Would stay again.

The suite was clean and as advertised. 1 king bed with a great view of New Belgium Brewery location. The kitchen and the bath were spacious. Parking area was safe. One parking spot per suite. Plenty of parking across the street. Even though this suite was a studio, it had enough space to fit small children (play pen or air mattress). The host was friendly and always available.This is the perfect spot to stay close enough to downtown Asheville and West Asheville w/o dealing w the traffic. It is also conveniently located to major highways.

Overall nice area next to a brewery. The living space was really clean, the only issue is thin walls and if your on the third floor you can hear the AC hum.

Great stay

I had a great time at River Row Flats! The place was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. Check-in was quick, and the host (Nancy) was friendly and quick to respond. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and close to everything Asheville has to offer. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is the fourth time we have stayed here and it never disappoints. Although the arts district is still really suffering and the residents of Asheville are so gracious and happy for visotors. Support Local !

Great, clean, new

Stayed for a weekend and had a great time. The location is awesome, the king bed was really comfortable, and you could tell the unit was new. The only thing preventing the 5 star review was the neighbors. The unit above us had some very noisey kids and they were constantly screaming and running around. I asked the manager is she could ask them to quiet down and that seemed to help for about an hour. Overall great spot

Perfect stay for our 1st visit to Asheville

This location was perfect for our 1st ever visit to Asheville! The property was the perfect size for the 2 of us, and was way better than any of the hotel options available. It was modern and very clean, had ample on-site parking, and contained everything we needed to support our weekend getaway. When we noticed the iron was missing from our room upon our arrival, I texted the host who responded immediately, and was so kind to drop one off for us the very next morning. The location was in walking distance, or a short drive to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go (and we ventured to a lot of places!)... and the highway was easily accessible for our longer journeys outside the city. I would definitely recommend this spot, and would stay here again!

Overall good stay

Site was unclear that all units weren’t pet friendly. We last minute decided to bring our dog after reading in different areas on the Vrbo app that the property was pet friendly. We got woke up early day two of our stay in an abrupt and unfriendly way by property staff knocking on our door. They did not ask us to leave or move units thankfully, but the matter could have been handled differently. Only posting this to allow others to avoid the confusion if they do plan on bringing their pet and hopefully management to make this more clear.

It’s a very nice place to stay and very clean. The bed was low and stiff so didn’t feel like home but the studio was remodeled and looks fabulous!

Anniversary in Asheville

My wife and I enjoyed our 25th anniversary in Asheville recently! The Tourists game, the Food, the Beer, and the Views were perfect! This comfortable, modern apartment was exactly the right space. Convenient, safe, clean, roomy, and all the necessary amenities! Highly recommend!

Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance to the River Arts District, River Row Flats is centrally located to most of Asheville's most loved attractions. We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
