Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 4-bedroom 3-bathroom Casita close to supermarkets, restaurants, stores, walking distance to Shingle Creek Regional Park, only 8.7 miles to Disney world, 9 miles Disney springs and 14 miles to Universal Studios. You will feel at home away from home.

Our Casita is cosy in a very quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, malls, parks, supermarkets and more; is the best place to have relaxing vacation, but close to the action.

The entire house is available to the guests, you can enjoy a nice family conversation while cooking in the kitchen, eating at the dining table, or watching TV in the living room and most important enjoy our beautiful pool, or lay down by the backyard trees; the washer and dryer are perks that you will enjoy specially if decide to stay at our Casita for long periods of time.

I am available at any time the guess might need me, my family and I don`t live in the area, but are very approachable, mind you we decorated and build this casita base in our likings and to have a very comfortable, cheerfully and enjoyable place to stay.

When you come to Kissimmee or the Orlando area, you spend a lot of time in the Theme Parks, but there is more in this area than the parks.
While staying at our Casita, make time to go to Shingle Creek Park and enjoy nature at its best.

- NOTE: There is an optional daily pool heat fee of $45 (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
- NOTE: This single-story home requires 1 step to access
- NOTE: Your safety matters. The property features 3 exterior security cameras located on the front and back of the home facing the driveway, the street, and the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
