This property is the perfect get-away for making memories and basking in the sun beside the glistening saltwater pool.

Beautifully decorated with a soothing yet modern coastal flair, this home features all the highest-end luxury details. The chef in the family will be thrilled with the Bosch induction cooktop and gourmet kitchen. The open floor plan offers a living and dining area with seating for 4 people at the kitchen island. Or, dine alfresco in the beautiful yard at the outdoor table with a huge umbrella for your comfort and shade. The living room and master bedroom both offer views of the pool and tropical yard through sliding glass doors for easy access.

Working remote while away from the office is a breeze with the full workspace/office. A desk, computer monitor, and printer are all available for use during your stay. Little extras include charging stations for your phones and devices, ceiling fans in every room and remote control lighting. This home offers very comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 people with a queen bed in the master and a king guestroom, however ask us about having the option of two twins if needed. The living room also offers a pull out sofa. Two full luxurious bathrooms await you, each with multihead rainfall showers.

Bliss by the Beach is just steps away from the secluded white sand beach of Anna Maria. Head out the gate past the pool and simply cross one sleepy street and you are there. Everything you need is provided, including all bedding, towels and beach towels, plus beach chairs and umbrella. Simply bring yourself and let us take care of the rest!

This home provides off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway only. No parking in the garage.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
