Nuestra casa de vacaciones está a 1 1/2 cuadras del Golfo de México o la Bahía de Tampa. Hemos remodelado la cocina y agregado una hermosa piscina con una mesa en el agua para disfrutar de cócteles mientras toma el sol. Nuestra casa tiene una ducha al aire libre, bicicletas, kayaks y una parrilla de carbón y gas. Estamos ubicados en un lote de esquina grande y estamos completamente
cercado para que su mascota pueda disfrutar de nuestro patio también.
Lanai: Tenemos un porche proyectado, cerca de la piscina con sillas y televisión. A nuestros gatos les encanta sentarse al sol y ver pasar el mundo ...
También hay un patio con mesa, sombrilla y sillas.

Sala de estar: tenemos un enorme sofá envolvente que también es bastante cómodo para dormir y un fouton separado en una sala de estar diferente. Hay DVD, juegos, televisión por cable, teléfono. También tenemos internet inalámbrico que requiere una contraseña de nosotros cuando alquila.


Ropa de cama: tenemos todo lo que necesita para quitarse los zapatos y disfrutar ... muchas toallas de playa, edredones, almohadas, etc.

Nuestra casa es estrictamente para no fumadores!

perfect place to relax

We really enjoyed the stay with our kids. Short walk to our favorite Beach. Pool and Outdoor shower are perfect for families. The house is very well equipped with everything you need! Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us!

Wonderful Location

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! It’s been impeccably redone inside. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home.The pool was a major highlight -clean, private, and the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach (which is just a short walk away!). The location was perfect.The owners were truly incredible, super responsive, kind, and helpful with anything we needed. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Beach Vacation

This is our second stay. The property has been redone since the storm last fall. It is bright and airy inside and still has the perfect pool with table and umbrella in the water. The house has everything that you need for a relaxing week! Very close to the beach and Pine Street.

Snow house

This little house has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation! I’ve stayed here 3 times now & will probably stay a 4th time. The owner is very responsive to concerns & wants to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Absolutely perfect vacation spot

This home was perfect for my husband & myself. The owners of this home were so easy to get ahold of & there home is located so close to the beach access. We would & probably will rent this home again but for 2 weeks next time.

Family Time

This is our second stay we had a great time even though it was choppy and windy still made the best of it. Thank you for a wonderful stay we love how close everything is and loved the pool. Its great having a stock kitchen when cooking..

This is our second year staying at this property and we had an amazing week. Perfect location on the island and we loved being able to use the kayaks and bicycles that were provided. We spent all of our time at the beach, pool and screened in lanai.We will definitely return for another stay. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise and keeping it at such an affordable price for families to enjoy❤️

Perfect as always!

This is our third time staying here and absolutely loved it. This fully equipped house is wonderful and has everything you need. A short walk to Rod and Reel pier or Bean Point. The house and pool were really clean. Friendly neighborhood and close to the City Park, Waterfront or Sandbar restaurant, Two Scoops ice cream, and The Doughnut Experiment.

Lovely Little Beach House!!!

We stayed in this charming beach house from April 30th thru May 7th (2016)! The pictures truly do not do the house justice.....it is very open and airy and the decor is beachy and adorable!!! We had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to towels to beach toys!! The pool was amazing and the yard was very clean and comfortable!! The location was exactly where we wanted to be (short walk to the Gulf and short walk to the Bay) Would stay here again in a heart beat!!!!!

Simply Wonderful!

I've stayed in many various rental houses on the north end over the years. I hate to give away this secret, but this is the best one! The layout is perfect. Very dog friendly which is always at the top of my list. Super clean, comfortable and great amenities! If you are looking for a house on the quiet north end, this is the place to choose!

Perfect location near the beach at Bean Point which was beautiful and not at all crowded. We enjoyed walking to Rod and Reel Pier and having dinner/watching people fish. We saw dolphins on a couple of occasions at the Pier and Bean Point. It was convenient to have the beach chairs and sand toys to use and our children had a ton of fun each day at the beach. The heated pool was amazing too and something we enjoyed everyday. Truly an amazing memorable experience!

Overall we had a great stay at the snow beach house! The pool was a great plus to enjoy and relax on the property! We wish we could have stayed longer than 7nights! We cooked our meals most of the time during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with the things we needed. And we felt at home in this charming beach house! The short walking distance beach was terrific! We also visited the Fort De Soto beach several times. Less crowded with the fantastic sunsets we photographed. Thank you for sharing your lovely beach house with us!

Absolutely wonderful!

Our family had a great time at this property! This was the first time to Anna Maria but won't be the last. We've stayed in several vacation homes over the years and thought this was one we can put towards the top of the list. The property is well stocked and maintained by the owner. Our favorite parts of staying here was still the short walk to the beach, the pool, and the Rod and Reel. Bean Point is a great beach and was never over crowded, even on Memorial Day weekend. The pool was a great place to play and hang out for our daughter when we weren't at the beach or out for dinner. The Rod and Reel offered great views, great food, and cheap drinks. It was nice walking to and from the restaurant at night. Pine street, the main drag for anna maria, was a short drive or walk from this home as well. We really enjoyed this house and intend on renting it again. Thank you!

Perfect Gettaway

The location is perfect, only a 2 block walk to the beach. The house is a little outdated but that didn’t bother us at all. We were shocked though to find that there are no locks on the doors to the bathrooms and bedrooms. With two teenage children we would have been happy if there would have been a slid lock on the door......privacy is key! We were disappointed that all of the tires on the bikes were flat and some with popped chains but by midweek of our vacation Mr. Bill brought over a air compressor and wrench so my husband could get the bikes in working order. We loved being able to bike ride around the island and to pick up morning donuts. Overall we had an amazing week and would stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful!

Our stay on Anna Marie Island was great. The house was way more than we expected. We brought our own beach towels, chairs and umbrella but we really didn't need them. The house has all these and everything else you need to have a relaxing or exciting vacation. From bikes and kayaks to lounging around the pool. It is in the perfect location on the island as well. You can to walk to either the Rod and Reel pier for fishing and great food or the most beautiful beach on Anna Marie, Bean Point beach. When we weren't dining at some of the great local restaurants, we grilled fresh fish that we caught from the pier on one of the two grills available. The outdoor shower was a big plus and the screened in back room with the fan was a good place to take a break from the midday sun. There was so much to do I only wish we could have stay longer. Our family can't wait to return asap. Thank you!

Honeymoon getaway

We absolutely loved our week stay at the snow house. The house is bigger than the pictures. The new keypad system was perfect for easy check in and not having to carry a key around with us. Living room was spacious and couches were super comfy. The house was super clean! Kitchen was great and had whatever u needed dish/utensil wise. We got toilet paper and paper towels on the way...but they supplied us with a good amount to get started with. Bedrooms were nice, bed was so comfortable!. We stayed on our honeymoon so I used the second bedroom as my closet for my clothes, shoes, And to get ready in since there is a second half bath in there. I showered outside everyday lol. It was so relaxing. The screened in porch is so nice , we played cards a lot out there. The grill was perfect for our pool day with BBQ for lunch. So many towels!!!! We had enough for showers, pool, and beach all week and I washed the day before we left. The beach cart was nice to have, we used umbrella and beach chairs for the beach. They didn't have a cooler, but I let pam know as she wasnt aware it was gone, we easily went to the local shop on the golf cart and got a cute cooler bag. The pool is so nice. We enjoyed our stay and AMI is beautiful, we loved golf carting around to explore. BEACH was amazing. 5 minute walk (2 blocks). We had the privacy we needed. Thank u so much for allowing us to rent!

Great AMI Getaway!

We highly recommend Snow Beach House for AMI visitors. The cottage is clean and well-stocked. It is in a very quiet residential area, so if you're looking for a relaxing vacation, the pool and screened-in porch offer peaceful respites. When you feel like exploring, the road beside the house leads right to the beach. Hungry? The road in front of the house leads to a local favorite--the Rod and Reel. Both are very short strolls. We have stayed on AMI for many years, but this is our first visit to Snow Beach House. It is such a gem, and it will definitely be our go-to vacation rental when we return.
