This sweet upper-level studio is the perfect home base for exploring Ogunquit and the surrounding coast. In the warmer months, wake up with a steaming cup of coffee on the deck while you plan the day’s activities. When your stomach starts to rumble, head inside the kitchen to make breakfast. Footbridge Beach is just over a mile away, and central Ogunquit is a little over a mile north. After a day of exploring, head home to make some dinner and get cozy with a book in front of the gas fireplace.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This unit is Evergreen Terrace, the in-law apartment above the garage. The Main house is also a Vacasa rental- Juniper Grove. Both Juniper Grove and Evergreen Terrace may be rented together as RiverHouse or rented individually.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

You really will need the basics: S&P, olive oil, and a spatula. The grocery store is close. Proximity to town is fantastic and the property is set back, so you have privacy. Cleanliness was okay, price was great.

Quiet, clean escape from the crowds

While set back a little from the main road (Route 1), we were within walking distance of several restaurants and saw many people walking as well on our street as well. The unit was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed running on the beach (1 mile away). The wifi worked well. The yard was very pretty and our dog enjoyed exploring.

Nice Quiet Place to Stay

I enjoyed this place because it was off the path set back away from noise and busy roads, but close to down town Ogunquit Center. The place was very clean but could use better quality pots and pans to cook. The space was perfect for myself and the dog it was very quiet so I can get work done and relax.

Perfect Getaway

Would definitely recommend as both a solo/small group getaway! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and a quick 6 min drive to Main Street w/tons of shopping and restaurants. Incredibly dog friendly, had my dog the entire week and we walked various Beaches everyday. Quick 25 min drive from Portsmouth NH for more shopping. Had a great time, would definitely stay here again

A beautiful setting

Very cute, open concept apartment. Excellent location, just off the main road, but quiet and like being in a park. The staircase to the apartment is in need of repair.

Property was nicer than advertised - large private lot along the river. Only quibbles - some wine glasses would have been nice, along with some basic condiments - e.g. salt, pepper.....

Great space near beach

We loved the space of this garage apartment. It was clean and stocked for our stay with some essentials (toilet paper, first aid kit, etc.). I really appreciated the amount of towels, pillows, blankets provided. We never felt like we would run out. We loved the option of the pull out couch and the multiple tables in the space. The mattress on the bed and bedding was very comfortable!

Great rental

Nice rental. Quiet, but quick drive to downtown. Comfortable. Could use a couple minor fixes: towel bar in bathroom fell down when I hung up my wet bathing suit, no wine glasses and only 2 coffee cups and a few weeds growing on property but other than that, very nice and good value for the money.

Comfortable upstairs studio close to everything in Ogunquit

This is a comfortable upstairs studio where you can bring your pet. The location of the property is in the woods between Highway 95 and Route #1 which is very quiet and enjoyable. The property is well maintained and is clean. I give it. 4.5 stars on 5 for the only reason that the kitchen was not well equipped and made cooking meals a bit challenging.

Great place to get away

This mother-in-law suite has everything you need for a quick get away to Ogunquit. It's nicely secluded from everything, but very easy to get into town and to the beach. It was also great to find a place I could bring my dog. I would definitely stay here again.
