Pintoresca casa de transporte de 1900 s Estudio ubicado en la histórica carretera de la costa en Ogunquit. Este estudio está ubicado en la planta baja y está a solo unos pasos de la famosa ensenada de Perkins, con boutiques artísticas, cafeterías, restaurantes y galerías de arte.

Amplio dormitorio y baño separado. El estudio está equipado con refrigerador, microondas, cafetera.

Estacione su automóvil durante la semana y disfrute de nuestra encantadora y pequeña ciudad a pie. Si te cansas, súbete al tranvía.

Hay mucho que hacer cerca o puede relajarse y leer un libro junto a la piscina.

The studio was lovely. Although small we had enough storage and the car was parked literally outside the door so we could stow anything bulky in the car but still have easy access. It was very comfortable. The pool was nice. The restaurant next door that is owned by the same family was excellent. Easily walkable to Perkins Cove the Marginal Way and downtown Ogunquit. We would stay again without question.

Lovely stay in this studio. Great location with everything needed for a pleasant stay. And we loved the pool. Don't miss a meal at That Place. A terrific restaurant next door.

We really enjoyed our trip to Ogunquit and really loved the location of the rental property. It was so convenient to Perkins Cove and we loved being able to walk to Marginal Way where we were able to catch the sunrise this morning! We enjoyed eating at That Place, Cove Cafe, and Barnacle Billy's which are all within walking distance. Rick and Boriana are great hosts and run a fantastic restaurant! We will be returning!

Very good hosts had some difficulties with the TV and there was something in the freezer that was there and we couldn’t remove. So we couldn’t use the freezer. But the studio was comfortable for 2 people. Location was near everything.

Studio rental in Ogunquit

Enjoyed our 5 day stay in this quaint studio. Overall mostly a comfortable studio for a couple doing a short stay. The advertised amenity of queen sized bed was deceptive since it was a full size bed. There were renovations in the apartment above us which was very disruptive and noisy on Monday and half of Tuesday.

Perfect

One never knows what to expect from pictures or reviews. The cottage was small and quaint. The property owners also have a larger apartment. It is a compound with an incredible restaurant, owned by the proprietors. It is on Shore Rd, turn left and you will find the best breakfast restaurant in town. .1 of a mile you will find the beginng of the path to Parsons Way. It will end near downtown. We had a nice cool ice tea and ice cream.

5 night getaway

My husband and I enjoyed the studio, it had everything we needed. We walked to the beach, Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and all the shops. Sitting at the pool with drinks was so relaxing We recommend trying "That Place" the restaurant next door. The food was excellent! \

Perfect Location!

The rental unit was very clean inside and pleasantly decorated. It had everything you needed in the little kitchen. My recommendations would be: an extra set of bath towels for guest with a greater than 3 night stay, directions on how to operate the Roku TV and repair the door knob to the exterior door. It fell off a few times but we managed to put it back on. Also there is a darling window box outside of the unit filled with weeds no flowers. The exterior properties would be so much more inviting if weeded and cared for. Thank you!

Wonderful Location near Perkins Cove

My daughter and I enjoyed our week's stay in such a perfect location next to Perkins Cove and with a Trolly Stop out front. The restaurant next door was excellent.

The absolute best!!

The place was perfect. So cute and clean and perfect location and on top of everything, the host was a life saver and drove us to the wedding reception after not being able to get an Uber! 10/10 would recommend. We will be back to stay here again!

Exactly what we were looking for

Very clean, accommodating studio. Perfect location, perfect size for my wife and I. Everything you need to spend a night or a week. Every square foot was utilized perfectly and interior is tastefully done. Parking in front of the studio & just outside our door is a plus. Host was very easy to reach and responded immediately answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Small Carriage House, Nice Location

Overall, the accommodation was acceptable, but certainly less than we'd anticipated. As Vrbo homeowners, we may expect and provide so much more for guests, while ensuring prompt and welcoming communications before, during and after the stay. The "efficiency style" carriage house is just that, small with very minimal amenities or supplies. The internet, Wi-Fi, streaming options are less than acceptable for 2023, however may just be the "thing" in Ogunquit. Note that the unit may have upstairs guests, which can be noisy and bothersome, and the unit is next door to a bustling restaurant/valet parking with hours until 10PM five nights a week. For a beach vacation spot, perfect location in Perkins Cove and the owners, Boriana and Rick are cordial.

No place to check in when we got there. No cleaning of room at all. Need more signs where the place is. But it is a great beautiful location

This property was the Hayes guest house on Shore Road for over 50 years. Eleanor Hayes not only cooked breakfast and cleaned rooms for her nightly guests, but operated a doll and gift shop from the front of the building. We recently purchased the building this past November and have transformed it into a beautiful vacation getaway for many to enjoy. We own That Place In Ogunquit, a cozy family owned and operated restaurant, located next door to the rentals. Along with our 7 year old son, we are here to help with any wants and needs, giving travel and sight seeing advice, where to go, what to do!!! We're located just steps from Ogunquit's famous Perkins Cove and you will be blessed with the availability of an onsite pool.
