All weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the months of June, July, and August.
This property is 0.8 miles away from Footbridge Beach on the Ogunquit River and the Atlantic Ocean. Five-minute walk to center of town, featuring artistic outlets, delicious restaurants, and entertainment. 1.5 miles to the 1933 Ogunquit Playhouse. Furnished, with new W/D, remodeled bathroom, A/C on both floors, new windows and storm door, flat screen TV, swimming pool, Rinnai gas heater, and gas grill. On-site parking for two cars. Garbage pickup and snow removal are included.

Lock box in weird location, house clean but smelly, furniture stained, used bars of soap, half rock of toliet paper, ignition on grill doesn’t work, upstairs roofs are so slanted you hit head in bedroom and bathroom. No space in bathroom to put anything. Used toothbrush in medicine cabinet. Road noise was very loud. We have rented all over the US and never dealt with a place like this.

The listing states that there is air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. This is true, however, it is important to note that the air conditioner upstairs is only in the room with the queen bed. There is no air conditioner in the second bedroom. It was extremely hot upstairs. Secondly, the ceilings are slanted in both bedrooms. The first night, my 4-year-old kept bumping her head every time she woke up and adjusted herself. Between that and the lack of air conditioning in the second bedroom, we ended up going out and buying a blowup air mattress for myself and daughter to sleep on downstairs. The shower upstairs did not look like it had been cleaned. We did not reach out to the manager about this until after our visit, but she said she would talk to the cleaners. The rest of the condo was clean. The location of this property is great. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and the beach.

Great location in Ogunquit!

Location, location, location!! If you want to be close to the beach as well as downtown and restaurants this is the condo for you! Short walk to both the beach and town..or an even shorter 2 minute drive! Cute decor, nothing fancy, just relax and enjoy!Also the owner checked in and was very responsive!Thank you!

The property is absolutely adorable. It was not as clean as I expected. Household items were placed in strange places. It was well stocked with high quality items. But the cupboards weren’t organized, and items in them weren’t clean. The furniture was very high quality, but worn, particularly the chair which was quite stained. The television and WiFi were good. The kitchen appliances were clean and in good working order. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The linens were new and high quality. The property is located a mile from “downtown”. We were able to walk it, but an older person (older than us) would need to drive. There are several excellent restaurants in easy walking distance. The owner was very responsive and pleasant. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our visit. Ogunquit is very special.

Location was great, and host was very responsive, however the place needs a deep clean

We were very happy with the location, the host was always quick to respond, but cleanliness was lacking. The biggest drawback was the floors were not very clean, the couch and chair were stained, the kitchen trash bin needs a deep clean and there were mouse traps visible. I think if the host had her cleaners do a deep clean, got new covers for the furniture and touched up some of the chipping paint it would improve the atmosphere.

Very solid value, well appointed, accessible to lots

We found the cottage house a pleasant stay with good communication from the owner and reps. A minor suggestion would be for a privacy curtain over the kitchen area. We appreciate Ogunquit as essential in planning any Maine trip.

Great location !!!

Our family had an amazing time at the condo. The location is so amazing. We walked to Footbridge beach and Ogunquit beach everyday. We are at a 10 minute walking distance from all the cute restos and shops on Main Street, Ogunquit. The only issue we had was with the noise from the traffic on Main Street in the front room .

Great Spot Close to Everything

Property manager gave all info up front and check in was a breeze. Kitchen area had everything you need for cooking and being able to park out front was great. Would stay again. Thank you!

A short walk

Location! Location! We were so happy we could walk to either footbridge beach or ogunquit beach, saved us a small fortune on beach parking! Also we had two teenagers with us, it was ideal for them to walk in and out of town when they wanted.. we would totally stay again.

Nice week in Ogunquit!

The location was centralized and very close to our favorite beach. The property manager responded quickly when we had questions. We appreciated linens and bath towels were provided. Quick walk to the lobster house, egg and I, and ice cream place right next door.

Maine beach vacation

We had a great stay with our son and his fiancée to celebrate their college graduation! The house was within walking distance to everything and was just the right size for us. Bonus…there’s an ice cream shop next door!

Quick drive to the beach

Generally clean, small condo conveniently located between downtown Ogunquit and Footbridge beach and Wells town line. Quick car rides to these locations. As all rentals have, there are quirks about this condo, however host was very quick to respond to questions. Both beds comfortable. FYI to taller guests: slopped & low ceilings on 2nd floor.
