Welcome to your perfect vacation home! This spacious and bright one-story house is ideal for a family holiday or for multiple families to share.

The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring everyone has space and comfort. The private, heated pool is a wonderful place to relax, and the outdoor area with a grill is perfect for entertaining.

For water lovers, the property includes two docks extending from the seawall, perfect for tying up boats or other watercraft. You can also relax right on the Caloosahatchee River or take the provided kayaks for a ride.

You'll also enjoy a convenient location, just 2 miles from downtown Fort Myers and a quick 15-mile drive to Fort Myers Beach.

Very convenient & clean

We booked a trip here very last minute and the owner was more than happy to help out! Even gave us early check in. The home was very clean with a nice layout. Had everything we needed, and then some. Thanks again!

Very nice, comfortable house.

The house was very nice inside and had everything we needed. Very nice atmosphere sitting out by the pool overlooking the canal. Cute little dock area to sit by the water too. The only minor issue was that the bottom mattress was missing from the day bed in the office bedroom, but luckily they had an air mattress we could use.

We had a very nice 28 day stay at this place on a canal with very easy access to the Caloosahatchee River. Kept our boat tied to the dock on the canal. Stacy the host was wonderful. Loved the heated pool.

Fantastic house and property!

Husband and I stayed for the weekend. The house is just great. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and necessities, great pool and pool area, quiet neighborhood. The dock in the back was so fun. We sat out for hours on the swings. Host was fantastic. We didn’t need her for anything, but felt like if we had she would have responded right away. We also brought our dog with us and it was a great street to walk him on. Quiet and friendly. Thanks for sharing your house! We would definitely book again!

I wanted a place where I could easily get out on the water, and with the house being on a canal that leads directly into the Caloosahatchee, it’s a boater's and kayaker’s dream.
