This space is a 1300 square feet with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms. A beautiful coastal theme home with a 3- 8 feet deep multilevel non- heated pool; perfect for enjoying your stay in sunny Florida. There is ample seating outside from lounging next to the pool to hanging out under the tiki bar for some refreshing food and drinks. Our outdoor space allows you to truly enjoy Florida’s beautiful weather..

Good management of a dirty pool and bad location

The area is a loud and highly questionable neighborhood. It a stone’s throw from an highly traffic S Cleveland Street. Unfortunate the pool was dirty and we couldn’t go in it. That was the spotlight of this property and the whole family was disappointed. I’m sure this house was amazing before that main road was

Everything was great about the property, location, cleanliness, and the host was great. Only downfall was AC would not get the house below 75 degrees.

Some suggestions

There were some adjustments we needed to make. The king bed is VERY firm and the bathroom is very small. There needs to be a place to hang towels. It took a LONG time to get hot water in the shower, or finding the correct setting.There was a noise of something running all night long that could be heard from the two bedrooms. We assumed it was the pool pump, but it kept the person from sleeping.The kitchen could be a little better equipped. The dishwasher obviously was not well-planned. Having to wash dishes before checking-out is unusual since the cleaning fee should have covered at least putting them away from the dishwasher.We only needed the lodging while we were visiting an ailing family member, therefore we weren't there much. Giving an idea of the location would also be helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is in a great location and met our needs. Check in was a breeze. We enjoyed the patio area and were able to host local family members for lunch. Stanley is a great host and very responsive.

Previous reviews must have been paid for

At least one window in both primary bedroom and a second bedroom were broken. They didn’t stay open and were not maintained. When you pull up the new window treatments, you see the poorly maintained windows, paint, etc. We weren’t able to open the windows in these bedrooms. That’s ridiculous for a vacation in FL. One of the bathrooms is located outside. There were piles of dead ants inside on the bathroom floor. Couch was dirty. Bic lighter left on the chair. Cannot open dishwasher, the door catches on refrigerator.. The home is a block away from a sex toy shop. There is a bar in the neighborhood, and music is very loud. My advice is to spend money on fixing the windows in the home so they function properly, and less on coastal decor. I would never stay here again. Stayed here for a baseball tournament. Never would bring my family to this neighborhood again. I have photos and videos of all issues. What a waste of money. I could have stayed in a much nicer (clean home without a sex shop nearby ) for less money.

Wonderful house with plenty of room, with a group of 5 we all had space. Was close to both events we had going on that week. Stan had great communication before during and after the stay. Would stay again if in the area.

Baseball vacation

Very clean, perfect location, everything around. Were there for a baseball tournament was not far from any of the fields and restaurants and stores and shopping area were extremely close by. House was perfect very clean. Well maintained would highly recommend.

Great place!

The home is gorgeous and spacious. The pool was also very nice. The owner was incredibly friendly and responsive. My only advice is to limit hairdryer use to one at a time. We tried two and half the house's circuits blew. Besides that it was awesome!

Family affair

Was a wonderful place, very clean and great decor. Large rooms and very easy to get to other attractions. To cold to enjoy the pool but got to sit beside it and relax.

Affordable & pleasant, close to downtown

The house was well decorated and everything inside was great for us (2 couples and mother-in-law). My relatives enjoyed the pool! We were in town for a weekend to attend a wedding, so we didn’t do any sightseeing or attractions. It’s a two bathroom house, which the listing shows 2 and 3 bathrooms in different places, so that should be cleared up. We had thought there would be 3 bathrooms but it worked out. The lawn hadn’t been mowed in a while when we got there, and there were multiple trash cans outside at the street, but not out at other houses, so that was a bit odd. None of this was a problem for our stay, it was just surprising. It’s an older neighborhood, think 60s ranch homes and many were nice and taken care of. The house across the street from this home was a bit alarming in appearance with many cars piled in the driveway and people sitting outside often. But we had no problems. The mall is very close, also a Waffle House and a Planet Fitness, but you also have an adult toy store perpendicular to the house (with backside to the house). It was very conveniently located as far as getting places downtown quickly. We would probably stay there again as long as we didn’t need to be in the front yard with kids for playing.
