Amazing 1 BR Ocean Front Unit - Wake Up Each Morning to a Beautiful Sunrise!

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

You will love this unit! The outdoor balcony feels more like a second living room as there is comfortable furniture to sit and relax and listen to the waves. It may also be your favorite place to enjoy your morning coffee, read the paper and take in a beautiful sunrise. Inside, the unit features updated furnishing throughout and has been beautifully decorated. There is new flooring throughout most of the unit and both bathrooms have updates. The kitchen has been completely updated with stainless steel appliances along with granite countertops and is ready to cook those cost saving meals at home. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for guest use. Wi-Fi is available for your streaming need or for those that may be "working from home".

Located on 95th street, the building is strategically located in mid-town Ocean City which makes it easy to get to all that the town has to offer. Located beachfront, you are only steps away from the sand and ocean. The outdoor pool and sun deck are a wonderful option for those that don't want to be on the beach. There is a shopping center located directly across the street along with many excellent restaurant options nearby. There are also public tennis courts across the street too!

This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. Sorry no pets. This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or individuals/groups under 25. The minimum age to rent increases to 30 on holiday weekends.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A one-time $40 resort fee paid to directly to the Pyramid at check-in and this will provide 1 parking spot. Additional parking spots may be available at $70/week but are on a first come first served basis. (Parking is handled directly through the bldg.)
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 95th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
