Oceanfront, 1st-level Condo - Amazing location and view in highly requested condominium complex.
Perfect rental for happy, vacationers who enjoy a pool outside their patio door and a beautiful beach to look at as they relax in a newly furnished condo.
Located just minutes from all of the amenities of Daytona, but far enough south to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. This section of the beach does not allow vehicles on the beach.
Private, gated condo with secure parking.
King bed in master. Bunk bed and twin bed with trundle in second bedroom. Two full baths. Currently sleeps 6 (2 in King and 1 per twin bed)
Free wifi. Roku TVs with free standard Spectrum cable.

Excellent communication from owners. Really great amenities including reclining sofas, ice maker, washer/dryer, and plenty of hangers. Beds were very comfortable. We loved being on the first floor with direct access to the pool deck! The condo is very well maintained. It quickly became a home away from home!

Everything about this condo was perfect! We love this part of the beach. This unit was fully stocked, clean, secure, and peaceful! LOVED being on the ground floor. It was easy to communicate with Robert. Check in and check out was a breeze. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Nice beach getaway

Nice condo right on the beach. Best thing was that you are right at the pool and beach. This condo could use a bit of an update. Beds are a bit hard and the kitchen has only plastic( I like to have real dishes to eat, especially Thanksgiving dinner) . Condo was clean but could of been a bit better for the cost. Communication is decent. Would recommend if looking for a beach getaway...

Love this place!

This is our second year here and we plan for many more. You can’t beat the convenience of first floor and the area is quiet but close enough to everything should you want to go out! A 10 out of 10!

Great Place

We had a great time. Place is very clean. Great view of the ocean. Nice access to pool. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Nice Condo, directly on the beach.

This condo was very nice. The furniture was great. The cookware and kitchen utensils were outstanding. Very surprised to have a crock pot and air fryer! Plenty of room for us. We liked being able to walk directly out to the pool deck and sit in the sun, watch the rocket launches, etc., without waiting for elevators. We would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area.

Thanksgiving with friends

My daughter, granddaughters and I met up with friends for Thanksgiving and sailing. This was the perfect location in proximity to their condo and a great fit for a family with children.

Peaceful GET TRAVELERS INSURANCE

Only got to stay 3 days due to hurricane and business flooding at home. Enjoyed the two good days we did have at the beach. Great accommodation very clean and new furniture. Always always get travelers insurance. Lost 5 days no refund or days allowed for future use. So please learn from my mistake buy the travelers insurance no matter what. Wish people were more considerate.

Beautiful beach location, quiet yet close to many attractions. Great communication with owners. Very clean, comfy beds, great walk-in closet, plenty of extra blankets and towels, stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend and stay again in tje future!

Perfect Condo!

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. It is the perfect size and location for our family. We can watch our son swim in the pool from the comfort of the livingroom! We plan to continue stying at this location in the future. Our last stay here we suggested adding a night stand and coffee maker (instead of a Kureg). Both addition were there when we arrived. Loved it! Thank you so much for this perfect condo.

We loved our stay! It was clean, it was safe, it’s the perfect location, it was stocked, had enough space, easy beach access and made it so easy to get to and from the room to the beach . I have two littles and it didn’t feel like I have to do extra work to get them acclimated as the condo had bunk beds and a toddler potty! If I needed to ask a question, the host was very quick to respond and had an answer for everything. The host truly made this vacation easy and smooth.

Great Host!

Robert was very responsive and attentive. Great property for families! Loved the space...especially the first floor access to the pool. Our four kids range in age from 7-17. They were excited for a rental with four twin beds instead of having to share a queen beds or a pullout. Rent it!

Family vacation of 6!

Condo was wonderful. Loved the first floor entry and will never book a high condo again. It was so much more convenient. Condo was very clean and spacious. Entire complex was very nice and quiet. Will definitely visit here again! Owner was quick to respond to any questions as well!

Perfect location and condo!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The ease of being a bottom floor unit was so incredibly nice and you still had plenty of beautiful views! Communication with the host was easy and the condo had everything we needed and more! We loved our time there and definitely hope to be back!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was everything we were hoping it would be and more! The view is amazing. Access to the pool and beach is easy and convenient. We loved being able to walk out to the pool from the patio. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. Robert was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions or inquiries.

If you know about Sandcastle Condos, then you know the secret of Ponce Inlet! We love this area and the condo building. It is situated in a location that is relaxing and doesn't get as busy as surrounding areas. There are a couple of places within walking distance for food and some public access areas, but even in the busy seasons there isn't nearly as many people on the beach like you will find at the "drive-on" areas. And it isn't a nightly rental condo so you don't get the partiers above you or at the pool. Select our condo if you would like a relaxing stay while still being able to drive a short distance to all the amenities of Daytona and New Smyrna Beach!
